1) Can i use a ki point to do an extra attack even if i'm doing an extra attack from "haste" spell?
2) If a creature will break more than one web, how does?
3) Can i have a furious amulet of mighty fists? Counts my attack magic? Have my attack an effective +2 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls?
4) If i deliver a shocking grasp by the crane style, still have my opponent the shoking grasp in the hand/weapon?
5) Can i have help here?

1) Haste type effects do not stack.

1). Assuming your referring to the Monk ability, there's nothing saying you can't. It's not a haste effect. Just an extra attack. Similar to the extra land speed the monk gets as they go up in levels.

2.) How does what? I'm a little confused....

3.) Personally, I would say no, since Furious is a weapon enhancement.

4.) If I'm understanding the question correctly, if you cast something like Shocking Grasp, and miss on the free touch attack, you can "hold the charge" and your next unarmed melee attack will deliver the spell. Unless you cast a different spell.

5.) Haven't read up on UC much, so I unfortunately can't help you here.

Your question confuses me. I'm going to assume that both your attacker AND you have shocking grasp already cast and have been holding the charge.

Crane Style itself only reduces your penalty for fighting defensively from -4 to -2. I'm going to assume you mean Crane Wing because that allows you to deflect one melee weapon attack.

So your question breaks down into several parts.

A) Can Crane Wing deflect a touch attack ?

Yes, because a touch attack is considered an armed (weapon) attack even if it is delivered with Improved Unarmed Strike. See the rules on touch attacks.

B) Does deflecting a touch attack with Crane Wing discharge that attack ?

Crane Wing turns a damaging hit into a hit that does zero damage (deflecting the attack). The claim has been made that it does NOT turn the attack into a miss. I don't agree with that claim, but YMMV. However, if it is true that the attack still hits, the attacker's spell is discharged without doing any damage.

Personally, I think that Crane Wing DOES turn a hit into a miss (and avoids a lot of corner cases that way) and as such would not discharge the attacker's touch spell, but I can't support my view with RAW. Ask your DM how he's going to run it.

C) Does a hand with a held touch spell count as "free" for the purposes of a defender using Crane Wing ?

I'd say "no" because you can't really do anything else with that hand other than hold the charge.

D) If a hand with a held touch spell CAN be used to qualify to use Crane Wing, is that touch spell discharged when an attack is deflected ?

I'd say this doesn't apply because the hand wasn't free to be used in the first place.

E) If a defender uses Crane Riposte, can he use a held touch spell to make his AoO ?

I'd say Yes.

1) Any affect that gives you an extra attack does not stack with any other affect that gives you an extra attack

Ki Strikes, Haste, Divine Power, ect. None stack.

To be fair, there's actually nothing in the monk description under ki pool that says that the extra attack while flurrying doesn't stack with similar effects. Unfortunately, every other ability that grants an extra attack (Haste, Speed enchantment, Divine Power, etc) does.

True. Could just be an oversight.
