even if the duration is 24h, my reading of the description is that the attack must be done before the end of the next round. (not before the duration of the spell expires)
an errata could be duration : "Instant" to prevent the use of the magic item (or any other ways to extend the duration)
so :
1/ do you think true strike could give you 1 time +20 anytime during the 24h period

I see the 'end of the next round' part as something that can be extended (duration is 'see text' after all).
However, the 'next attack roll' part is not going to go away, so all you'd get is that your very next attack roll (as long as it takes place within the next 24 hours) has the +20 insight bonus.
So, my vote is on a (nerfed) (1)
Could the number of attacks be the duration? Instead of of your next one attack getting a +20 your next 2 attacks get +20.
Not as written. It says next attack, singular. Even if you made a full attack in your next round, it would still only apply to the first, so duration was never the limiter.

I noticed on another computer, I was getting occasionally jumped over a thousand pages into the history of the boards. These are posts from the 2011 or so era. I posted about it but as of yet it's not been responded to. I think it could help explain some of the consistent necros from the years around there.
None of this discussion matters anyway because the Ring of Continuation got errata'd and no longer works with True Strike.
