97. Poor Farmers forced off land

Almo Franich waved the the angry mob to calm.
"These lands are now owned by the Franich Merchant House. You must leave." "Never! Death to the Rich!" Almo was caught by a stone which slapped him in the head. The mercenaries in the merchant's employ advanced with their swords drawn as Merchant Franich was carried to safety.

DM Briefing: Poor Farmers and landless are being forced off the land by wealthy Farmers and land owners who are expanding their land holdings.

98. Guilds Go on Strike

"I will not have this from the Merchant Classes!" Governor Keil smashed his fist on the table of the Parliament.
"Summon the Troops to the Capital and Arrest the ring leaders." He was furious and a number of Senators agreed. The Majority who were representatives of the Guilds could only watch as the madman declared war on his people.

DM Breifng: The City of Jenka is brought to a standstill after the Guilds declare a strike because of an invasion by Foreign Merchant Houses. The city is brought to a standstill as ten thousand laborers march on the Republic Parliament in Protest only to be met by the few thousand Soldiers in the employ of the Government who until now were employed to defend the Republic's Borders.

99. Fireworks Explode destroying Storehouse

Haas heard the explosion and turned to look at the great black smoke fireball as it erupted above the tallest buildings. He knew that there were many store houses in that direction and wondered which among them had housed such dangerous Al-chemical substances as to cause an explosion of such a magnitude.

DM Briefing: A Warehouse filled with Fireworks in the middle of the city of Port Gren explodes killing its only occupant, a Guard.

100. Travelers vanish in bandit Country

"I want you to enter the Wildlands and find my Foolish Son and his Wife. I know they were in the City of Dogs in the North." The Mercenary grimaced. That was a pretty bad place to be even for a Mercenary.
" I will pay you ten thousand gold pieces for the return of them both." Thorvald nodded at the Offer. It was a good deal.

DM Briefing: A Husband and Wife intent on educating the Poor Peasants of a nation that is currently a battlefield over run by the soldiers of numerous nations and Bandits vanish in a pretty bad city teeming with Bandits and Slavers. Their Parents look to getting them back.
