Hi there,
I was considering picking up the Shackled City AP hardcover, but when I went to postage, the only option was $52. That seems a tad excessive, and I was wondering if it is a glitch, or that is the postage rate?
I reviewed your order to make sure it wasn't an error and verified with our tech team, and it looks to be the postal rate for the book. Unfortunately any shipments over four pounds require USPS Priority mail to be shipped internationally, and after the packing materials used to send the package are added the weight of the shipment goes over that threshold. The price of shipping recently increased as well which required us to match it, much to our dismay.
On a side note however adding the book to your sidecart will shift this months shipping from 3 packages via Standard Postal Delivery at $43.55 to 1 package via USPS Priority Mail at $66.00 for your subscription & the Shackled City Hardcover.
