Here's where the online reporting system comes in handy. If the GMs for your games reported their sessions online, you can simply go to My Pathfinder Society and check who GM'd what for you and your wife. If your GMs were thorough and reported each of your game sessions, it's simply a matter of printing off the chronicles of the scenarios/modules you and your wife played and have the GMs for that session fill them in for you.
If the people who GM'd your games for those characters didn't report them online, however, I don't know what to say. Badger your GMs/coordinators to make sure they report those sessions, if they still have the info lying around(in their head, or otherwise)? I dunno...

My wife and I lost our very first PFS characters and their chronicle sheets. Is there anything we can do to recover these characters?
1) All it takes is an email to one of your local Venture Officers or to Mike Brock. They can get it sorted out and send you new chronicles. Saves a bunch of time trying to track down the GMs.
2) I'm sorry, but you're not allowed to be a Kyle. We've reached our capacity as we already have a good Kyle (Pratt), a neutral Kyle (Elliot) and an evil Kyle, me. All tongue in cheek of course. ;-)

Well, you could always start spitting up on Chaos/Law too, so you'd be what? Chaotic Evil? :)

My venture captain was appointed before PFS became prevelent in Columbus, Ohio so I'm not sure how he can assist. I'll attempt contacting the GM based on his scenario reports.
Your Venture-Captain has the ability to review your online records. They can then verify the adventures you played, the date, who your GM was, what faction you were and how many prestige points you earned. They could then print and fill out (to some degree) your chronicles, scan them and then email them to you. The only issue would be how much gold you earned and what items you had access to. And you'd have to give up your day job gold if you had earned any.
Another way would be for the VC to write an email confirming your records and allowing your next GM to fill out the missing Chronicles if they were willing.
But the best way would be to track down your previous GMs and have them fill out a new Chronicle for you.
