I am going to try to build either an quest arc or a campaign and I am looking for some k9ind of ancient being, either a god or less than a god, but it must be very very evil and powerful.
This being is going to be at the center of all of the evil happenings in my campaign.
Thinking about some kind of lover craft evil comes to mind. The kind of thoughtful, malevolent, pure evil. TH kind of evil that knows your name and will come after you alone.
I was hoping I could find something like this in golarian so I do not have to make things up.

Nyarlathotep
Note: This is not a joke. The Lovecraft Mythos are alive, well, and a canonical part of Golarion, so Nyarlathotep really is a viable option.
There are also numerous Demon Lords available...though we're likely to need more info on what specifically you're looking for in a villain in order to make a good reccomendation on who or what specifically you might want to use.

Need an ancient god of evil to tyrannize your world?
Why not zoidberg?
but in seriousness, if its staged in golarion i'd say any of the dark tapestry gods fit perfectly, if it's homebrew.......something like the lich king from warcraft before arthas, when he was more of a spirit guiding things in his favor to corrupt a champion of good or a crazed wizard who's soul transcended to divinity (like nethys but without the side who wants to protect) who is in confinement using proxies to either free him or destroy his captors out of spite.

I fully endorse Timothy Hanson's recommendation of Kytons. I love that they're finally getting some support with the Pathfinder system. I plan on making a campaign featuring those guys sometime in the near future.
Very creepy, and can easily be played as weirdo nightmare-things coming for you in the night to harvest select body parts.

If your looking for some existing stuff that gives ideas but would otherwise leave you mostly free to work your own stuff I would go with the whispered ng tyrant.
Hungry are the dead I think D5 gives you the firs seal holding him in place, it also names the second seal being the dungeon of ten thousand tears I believe.
Unfortunately there's no other reason info I'm aware of.
But the modules leading up to d5 provide a good mini ap lead up to the first seal being broken.

What is the theme of the adventure?
Where will it be located?
Will the PCs get to know what it it relatively quickly or is it far behind the scenes? (how much foreshadowing do you need)
You'll also need some memorable minions, not just cookie-cutter beastiary entries. So that will help with the theme.

How about something a bit more exotic, depending on where your campaign is taking place, like a Vudran God or Goddess? Perhaps the Vudran analogue to the Hindu Goddess Kali, Goddess of Death. Or maybe Ahriman, lord of the Divs?
Dhalavei is the canon Vudran equivalent to Kali, in her fictional pulp guise (see Cult of the Ebon Destroyers). Kali is definitely N or even G in her actual modern manifestations.

Speaking of! If more Vudrani gods are coming along in the future, really hoping Kali finally gets a more truthful analogue. She's gotten a bad rap in damn near every piece of Western fiction she's appeared in.
Also, voting kytons as well. Especially if the players or NPCs they like have physical or personality features they'd just love to incorporate into themselves.

You could have it so a strange fungus is 'following' the party. As they retrace their steps, odd rust coloured fungi is found growing on wood, bricks, wherever they have been. Strange cultists have fungal deformities. Sometimes this can even spread to the players...
The party must flee the 'growths' before it is too late!

Why don't you have some fun with it, and throw this at them. And then thank whatever deity you believe in that Mikaze is active on these boards

Ragadahn the Water Lord. Lots of messed-up/distorted Linnorms along the way.
Ragadahn is one of the Eldest from the First World - the Father of Linnorms, The World Serpent. He's CE and as an Eldest will have inscrutable motives.
Who knows what would happen should he come through to the material plane but the names Jormungandr and Ragnorak spring to mind.
