In my world no, but if they did it would be NPC only.

If they have any place in Pathfinder, it would be Triaxus, from Distant Worlds. That place screams draconic humanoids

They are supposed to be found with Kobolds alot of times...however it's a good idea that they could be originally from Triaxus.
