I looked around and there doesn't seem to be a Pathfinder version of the Paizo "Hangman's Noose" adventure, so I'm gonna work out a few of the stats myself, I think.
Unless someone can point me to a conversion, so I don't have to do the work. If none exists, I'll provide my own version, and let everyone here take a look and help tweak it if they want. Then we'll have a working conversion.

Hey, I plan on running this adventure in the very near furure (shhh, don't tell anyone as it's a secret, he he) and I started doing some preliminary conversion notes for the module.
Second, I basically kept all of the undead/monsters in there as is, using the PF versions when possible. One exception I made was the gangrenous ghoul. I changed the disease stats to the following:
Save Fort DC 13
Onset: Immediate.
1d3 STR, DEX and CON damage
Cure: 2 consecutive saves.
Thoughts?

Got quick write-ups on the various jurors. These are some of my first NPCs for pathfinder, so I want to know if I did everything correctly. They are all higher levels, more or less. 3.5 has CR increases 1 per class level and 1 per two NPC levels, but Pathfinder has CR=PC-1 or NPC-2 so I had to add levels to make the CR equal the same as it was in the module, this may mean that many of them are much more skilled or have more health

Anyway: Question about haunts. Should they be used as written, or is there a pathfinder version I should update them with?

Thanks a bunch for these updates, I greatly appreciate it!
As for the haunt question, I think you can pretty much use them as is. The PRD has rules for haunts HERE. Let me know if you think they need to be modified.
