Attacking a Gaseous Form

Rules Questions

Is a character in gaseous form vulnerable to touch attack spells? I don't see anything that prevents it. They just get a DR 10/magic. So my Magus should be able to hit it with her magic scimitar and spellstrike a shocking grasp, as normal.

Yup, a creature in Gaseous Form is subject to spells, including touch spells. The main defense they get for being in gaseous form is DR which only affects attacks by weapons (ie: not spells). Other defenses make them immune to poison, sneak attack, and critical hits. No spell defense there.

Does a magic weapon with ghost touch special ability affect a creature in gaseous form as the spell differently than normal?

That is a very large necro to be asking a very unrelated question. Please try not to do so in the future.

A magic weapon with the ghost touch property doesn't affect a creature in gaseous form any differently than a magic weapon without the ghost touch property would. The creature isn't incorporeal, so once your weapon is magical (enough to bypass the 10/magic DR), you deal full damage with weapon attacks.
