I ordered this on the 24th of last month and I haven't gotten it yet. It says to allow 4-9 business days but I'm on day 10 (day 9 if you don't count the day I ordered it).

Looking at your order it does appear that your shipment is on day 9 of its transit. Its teetering on going past our estimated arrival time, however I wouldn't worry to much at this time. While its uncommon for shipments to go past their estimated delivery time, its quite rare for packages to go missing altogether.

I would like to give your package a little bit more time to arrive before we take further action. If your package doesn't arrive by the end of next week make sure to let us know, and we'll assist you further at that time. I wouldn't be surprised if you see your package in the next few days though!

Okay, would you say it's fair for me to use the receipt for the shirt in place of the actual shirt for the PFS reroll =P

So its Friday, they already got parcels at the post office so its not there. Next week I hope.
