Magic weapon creation question.

Rules Questions

Kinda confused on creating a magical weapons. I know how to make an item with a singular enchant, but is it possible to have a weapon with two enchants?

Like a +1 Greatsword with defending and shocking?

PS why do i see or hear about weapons of +10 quality i thought +5 was the highest.

A +1 Defending, shocking Greatsword costs the same as a +3 greatsword

The reason you hear about +10 is because you can stack enchants. You can't have more than a +5 but you can have a +5 Defending, Shocking, Keen, Flaming Burst weapon (which equals +10)

Also the +5 limit only counts for Enhancement bonus.
As soon as you have a +1 on it, you can use up the remaining +9 for special abilities. If thats smart or not, is another question.

So if I am doing this correctly it should go like this

+1 Greatsword 2050 GP
+1 Greatsword of Defending 8050gp
+1 Greatsword of Shocking & Defending 18050gp

Does that look correct?

The +5 is for other side as well. The limit of +5 on the enhancement pretty much determines a similar limit for abilities. It really would make absolutely no design sense to only limit one side of the +10 package.

You missed off the extra 300 for masterwork, but otherwise yes.
