Is there a Feat that gives a Bonus to a PC's CMB?
Is there a Feat that gives a Bonus to a PC's CMD?
Uhh... Yes and no. Any bonuses to attack rolls - if they're relevant to the maneuver you're performing - will apply to your CMB. For instance: disarm, sunder and trip all can employ your weapon, so Weapon Focus would apply to those particular maneuvers (also to drag and reposition, if the weapon in question has the Trip property).
Similarly, most bonuses to your AC get applied to your CMD by default (there's a list of bonus types in the text defining CMD in the Combat chapter). For instance, dodge bonuses to AC apply to CMD, so the Dodge feat will work. Also, there's a feat whose name escapes me (though it's in the CRB) that treats your level as your BAB for your CMD (but not CMB), so it's good if you're not full-BAB.
But feats that specifically boost CMB/CMD? Not that I'm aware of.

Yeah I am looking for a Feat that specifically gives a bonus to CMB checks -- I assume a +2 would be the design.
(And figure I may as well ask if there's another for CMD.)
.... I've never designed a PC or NPC with a focus on Combat Expertise etc., and want to make a Disarm Fighter on paper to see what it looks like compared to other builds I've made over the years.

No, I was just curious to see what one would look like.
Philosophically I HATE Disarm and Sunder and such in the game cuz it has so much potential to ruin a Player's fun. I Will NOT employ NPCs with these Combat Expertise builds and in all my years of DMing I've only had one Player build a PC with one.
What got me thinking was actually that guy on the Internet asking for 5th Level PCs (32 pt buy, only Core Book) he could put in a gladiatorial competition for fun. There's a link in one of these Threads.
I wondered what an Improved Disarm PC might look like and how it might be a good build for that kind of competition. I'd never actually run the PC.

For all the manuveurs you can take improved (+2) and greater (+4).
So for disarm you should take:
Have a Int 13, take Combat Expertise, Improved Disarm, and Greater Disarm.
Plus take Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Focus, and weapon training in the weapon you will be disarming with.
At level 1, assuming a 16 str. You have a +7 to disarm.
At level 6, assuming a 17 str. You have a +14 to disarm.
At level 11, assuming a 18 str. You have a +19 to disarm.
At level 16, assuming a 20 str. You have a +26 to disarm.
And that doesn't include the fact that with magic items and weapons it will be effectively much higher.
Also disarm NPC shouldn't ruin a PC's fun. Anyone that relies on a weapon should have quick draw and a back up weapon, or some other defense against being disarmed. There is no harm in reminding people to remain properly prepared. As a player I hate it when PC's can skip out on necessary protections because of unwritten rules about what is and isn't off limits for a DM. With that said. You of course don't want to pick on a player for not doing so over and over. But a single NPC that happens to focus on disarming and is actually good at is, shouldn't be seen as ruining a players fun.
With that said. I do shy from sunder. But only because destroying and repairing magic items feels tedious to me.

There are, to my knowledge, no feats that provide a flat CMB/CMD bonus across the board. Improved/Greater feats exist for specific maneuvers. For the particular challenge you're referencing, since it's CRB only (BOOOOOOOOOOOOO VANILLA), those are your options.
As said before, Weapon Focus applies with weapon-based maneuvers (Trip, Sunder, Disarm) as well as all enhancement bonuses to those weapons, or any other hit bonus you can scrounge up.
The best maneuver monkey in the competition, though, is whatever you manage to get True Strike on.

For CRB, as well, you might consider going a Dex-based route, since DEX applies to CMD, and Agile Maneuvers and Weapon Finesse allow the holder to apply their Dex for CMB instead of Str.
Note that you only need one of these feats, not both. Finesse if it is a finesseable weapon, or AM if it is not.
If you are allowed out of Core, the Lore Warden Fighter archetype from the Pathfinder Society Field Guide is strongly focused toward combat maneuvers. It gives up Armor Training for a scaling +2 to CMB & CMD, gains Combat Expertise as a bonus feat at 2nd level, has a few other things that can help, like the Know Thy Enemy ability it gets at 11th level, which adds a +2 to hit and damage for a successful Knowledge check. As other bonuses to hit, that +2 would apply to CMB.
Add in the feat out of the Cheliax book, Fury's Fall, and Dex-based combat maneuver types get ugly.
Remember to take a weapon with the Disarm property, as that adds a +2 to disarm CMB.
With the APG thrown in, you can also take the human fighter favored class bonus of a +1 per level to CMD vs two combat maneuvers.
Don't forget weapon enhancements, both plain vanilla (+1 to hit applies to CMB, as well) and combat maneuver focused bonuses (Dueling, both the version from the APG an dthe version from the PSFG, for example).
