First of all, Dungeons Denizens Revisited is a 3.5 book, so if you want PF stats for these, you'll find them in Bestiaries (most in Bestiary 1, actually).
However, the Revisited books include all the ecology, habitat, variants, funky trivia, campaign roles and hooks that just can't fit into Bestiaries, which have very limited ecology sections on each monster.

The "Revisited" books include a ton of additional information beyond the statblocks. For Dungeon Denizens Revisited, each monster gets 6 pages of information on ecology, habitat, society, campaign role, and Golarion-specific information regarding the monster. That's the primary reason to buy the "Revisited" books; not the statblocks.

Yes, revisited line takes stuff and turns it up to eleven. Did you know that Ropers enjoy lengthy philosophical conversations with captured victims, devouring them slowly piece by piece while analyzing their childhood and inquiring on their views on deontological ethics? That's what Revisited tells you, among many many other things!

They are worth it and include monster specific simple templates (or variants) as well in addition to what was already mentioned. Things like Fast Zombies and Burning Skeletons from Bestiary 1 for more generic monsters and they also contain a fully stated variant monster or NPC (you know, things like ancient sphinx and so on).
