Kobold Swarm Fighter Combo Question

Rules Questions

If a Kobold Swarm Fighter takes:

Tail Terror ( Sweeper )
Dervish Dance, cause of a high dexterity
Precise Strike as a teamwork feat to set up the combo

Then they get 2 attacks even at Level 1 at your Full BAB, Both are made using Dexterity for attack and damage, and if flanking adds 1d6 to EACH attack, as well as knocking the enemy Prone, and at Level 5, enters the creatures space and presumably starts way laying and laughing at them

1 Weapon Finesse, Mobility ( free )
2 Bravery + 1, Safety in Numbers, Precise Strike (Combat, Teamwork)
3 Dervish Dance, Armor Training 1
4 Tail Terror, Weapon Focus, Dex + 1
5 Weapon Specialization, Weapon Training 1, Share Space

The quandary would be that the tail slap is a Natural Attack, and is also a Secondary Attack. Yet the Pathfinder SRD says that if a creature has only one natural attack they get to use their full BAB. Plus the wording on dervish dance refers to all melee attacks.

On one hand you clearly see the intent of a swarm attack. Knock prone, then attack, and never let them get up.

I don't see any rules confusion so this post is to double check that as well as to see your thoughts since i was giggling like a school girl with this build.

Thoughts? Concerns?

Please let me know,

Michael

when attacking with natural attacks and weapon attacks all natural attacks are considered secondary.

You can make attacks with natural weapons in combination with attacks made with a melee weapon and unarmed strikes, so long as a different limb is used for each attack. For example, you cannot make a claw attack and also use that hand to make attacks with a longsword. When you make additional attacks in this way, all of your natural attacks are treated as secondary natural attacks, using your base attack bonus minus 5 and adding only 1/2 of your Strength modifier on damage rolls

What about the next sentence ?

====================

Quote " If a creature has only one natural attack, it is always made using the creature’s full base attack bonus and adds 1-1/2 times the creature’s Strength bonus on damage rolls.

This increase does not apply if the creature has multiple attacks but only takes one. If a creature has only one type of attack, but has multiple attacks per round, that attack is treated as a primary attack, regardless of its type. "

====================

so this contradicts what you bolded out.

A kobold has 1 natural Attack and therefore it never takes a penalty for using it

IS THIS CORRECT ?

That's true as long as that is the only attack it makes. It actually appears first in the section on attacks and is subsequently modified by the later part I quoted.

so it ceases to be correct when you attack with a weapon.
