Advice on putting together paper miniatures

Miniatures

Hello,

Maybe I am being a total noob here, but I just bought the Skull and Shackles paper miniatures hoping there would be instructions on how to put them together in the pdf, but there isn't. I mean I know you just print them out and cut them, but I was hoping for some advice on best practices for putting them together.

Do I need to buy bases seperately or do they just stand when you fold them? IS regular paper stable enough or do I need to print them on card stock? Stuff like that.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

Thanks!

You can do these in paper, it works well for the small or medium figures. I haven't tried it for anything larger, but I am not confident for it working. That being said, cardstock looks a lot better.

They should stand fine on their own. But like Fizzle said, it can't hurt if you had washers or pennies or something else to weight them down.

You can see some pics of paper minis in action from the Rise of the Runelords sets here.

(Big thanks to blu4lyf for posting these.)
