Sorry, no.

I just tend to write 'em on the back of character sheets long-hand. Or type them up in the same format as anything else.

May I suggest that you take a look at the Expanded Spell-less Ranger?

It includes a complete animal companion character sheet and since it's a PDF, you can print out as many as you need.

Also, assuming third party material is permitted by your DM, the Expanded Spell-less Ranger also includes a number of feats specifically for your animal companion.
