I don't know if it's been mentioned, but you could see about getting a Simulacrum (or the real thing, I guess) of Nocticula to give a +6 profane bonus, instead of the Succubus' +2.
Additionally, being venerable (as opposed to middle-aged) would give a net +3 to mental stats, with a -6 to physical (although there should be ways to avoid that, at 20th level).
The spell Moment of Greatness can also double a morale bonus for a single check.
The feat Virtuous Creed (of Humility) allows you to add your Wisdom to diplomacy, in addition to Charisma.

There are better traits for the skill trait bonus:
Altruistic Diplomat (Regional): +2 trait
Illuminator (Religion): +2 trait
Additionally, if you take the trait Clever Wordplay, you use Int rather than Cha. This opens up the spell Tears to Wine which nets +10 enhancement to the skill. It will last 10 min/level, so hours. It does require boosting Int rather than Int, but that I think will be the same difficulty and amount doable.
As to the target, here is a list of targets with high Cha.
Caasimolar (CR 23) Cha 30
Xaphan (CR 26) Cha 30
Fraz-urb'luu (CR 29) Cha 30
Norn (CR 18) Cha 31
Demoriel (CR 19) Cha 31
Asurendra (CR 20) Cha 31
Jinushigami (CR 20) Cha 31
Yamaraj (CR 20) Cha 31
Furcas (CR 27) Cha 31
Dagon (CR 28) Cha 31
Demon Lord, Shax (CR 28) Cha 31
Deskari (CR 29) Cha 31
The Oinodaemon (CR 37) Cha 31
Titivilus (CR 20) Cha 32
Lilith (CR 16) Cha 33
Eremite (CR 20) Cha 33
Cthulhu (CR 30) Cha 34
Orcus (CR 35) Cha 34
Lucifer (CR 39) Cha 34
Baphomet (CR 27) Cha 35
Sifkesh (CR 28) Cha 36
Hastur (CR 29) Cha 36
Pazuzu (CR 30) Cha 36
Blood Queen (CR 23) Cha 37
Lorthact (CR 25) Cha 37
Shamira (CR 25) Cha 37
Korada (CR 26) Cha 38
Nocticula (CR 30) Cha 40
Drakainia (CR 25) Cha 41
So going after a hostile Drakainia has a DC of 25 (hostile) + 15 (Cha) + 10 (two more steps) = 50. Adding buffa and magic, it can be higher.
