Dragnmoon's touching me! Jiggy's breathing my air! And Painlord is reading *my* spellbook!
Punch Dragon Blue!

I just want to say that the shading on these posts is quite attractive. How many replies are needed before the innermost post in it is dark-gray enough to be black?

Still nope....

If you look, you'll notice there's only 8 shades there... The inner four are the same shade

I've got nothing to say about factions, but I am curious about the shading...

If only my faction missions were as half as interesting as the shading.

*zing*

Only wish I was kidding. Let's just say that I'm looking forward to Monday's blog post and the new faction focus of Season 4. I want some better story.

My work computer's crappy browser won't show the shading, but the indent gradients are still fun.

Any relation to Commander Taco? That would explain much.

Ok, everyone gets out at the next stop. Hopefully the car will still be here when you get back.

Since the mystery has been solved, and this thread has gotten way too silly, I think maybe it's time to call it quits.

I admit its a silly thread now but I didn't mind the humor and if you scroll up and down real quick it is sort of pretty.

I think Gary needs to add more shades of gray.

Oh, BTW, Paul and his wife just had their twins.

I think that aside from point 3 (re clarity of what to actually do), while I appreciate the feedback given, I have to say I still really enjoy faction missions, no matter how mundane they seem to be.

Having a sideplot that only you are meant to complete is kind of cool, and having that extra part of your personality based on the politics of your faction is cool too.

The problem is when your faction is utterly bi-polar in what they want you to do. Advocate personal freedom and responsibility, and increase the fame of the homeland? Awesome. Go fetch me that one tea cup on the third shelf of the cabinet behind the secret door in the dungeon that you have no reason to go to, but will be diverted there by a "random" windstorm? Yeah....no thanks.
