Ironically, that link is probably more offensive than the original deleted post because its far more subtle, but I'm not here to discuss social psych...
...interestingly, have you considered something like George R.R. Martin's wargs? I mean, the child is born due to an anamoly of two different types of nature magic designed to turn man into beast. So, how about making the child somehow having a great affinity for animals.
Oh, oh! There's an animal lord template in the Bestiary 3. Some minor adjustments to the fluff there, and you're golden. They even make good villains because of their unique abilities, without forcing them into a druidic class or cursing them with lycanthropy. Best of both worlds.

It was funny, and also serves as a lesson. The mod removed a post he felt was offensive, but posted a link that was easily as offensive or more so, but he didn't find it as offensive and felt it was in defense of the poor mistreated internet peoples. A matter of perception, and it shows just how easy it is to get our wires crossed with miscommunication sometimes. :P

Hilarious.
It's quite simple, really. The offspring is not affected by the druid's wild shape form. There's no indication in the rules that this can be passed on at all, and no "natural druids" in that sense.
However, there is inherited lycanthropy and there are half-orcs. I disagree with the posited notion that the offspring is human because there are "no such things as quarter orcs." The child of a human and half-elf would not be human, he would be half-elf. Therefore, the child of a half-orc and a human is a half-orc. And lycanthropy is inherited, per RAW.
So you have a precious, bouncing, baby half-orc natural lycanthrope on your hands, even if he does look a bit more human than his ole' da'. How they accomplished the deed is irrelevant, even if a spectacularly obnoxious horror that Amazed Cat cannot "unsee."
Actually, if we go Mendelian... since the child of a human and an elf is always an half-elf, then we must conclude that neither race is genetically "dominant" on the other. Therefore, still according to Mendelian rules, the child of a human and half-elf has 50% to be a human and 50% to be an half-elf. And same goes for human and half-orc. XP

But also not (see The Beastmaster)Lehmo |
If we look at the Manticore and its mate from the Bestiary p.199 we get;
Manticore’s Mate....Offspring
Lion................Standard manticore
Dire lion...........Advanced manticore
Lamia...............Lamia with spiked tail and spikes special attack
Sphinx..............Sphinx with spiked tail and spikes special attack
Chimera.............Chimera with spiked tail and spikes special attack
Hmmm I wonder what the child's special attack will be...
