Hahaha that is great. Is it really as bad as it is made out in the video? The book is still 100% useable is are parts of it missing?
I'm pretty sure stuff like this happens all of the time with publishers getting books that have been misprinted.
I once got a Warhammer Fantsay Roleplay book that had the interior pages of a Russian fashion catalog.
Amazon is laughing all the way to the bank.

I'm sorry that happened; given the number of copies that get printed, errors like this do slip through now and then. (I've seen maybe two other "upside down" core rulebooks myself.)
Our preference is that the vendor that your friend purchased it from be given a chance to make good on it, but if that doesn't happen, we absolutely replace it ourselves. I haven't known Amazon to leave folks holding the bag on problems like this, so can you please have the purchaser give Amazon one more chance, and if they don't come through after that, have the purchaser send their details to customer.service@paizo.com.

When I bought the Core Rule Book from Amazon it had a printing error. It repeated around 20 pages and omitted 20 pages in their place. Amazon sent me a replacement the same day using overnight delivery. Check and make sure you did the return properly. There is no reason Amazon would not take it back.
