In Pathfinder I've GM'ed Rise of the Runelords to completion once, then GM'ed it a second time but it ended after book 3 when I moved cities. I'm currently playing two other APs that are both at the end of book 2, and looking to GM Emerald Spire in a month or so.
I generally find that I prefer playing/running books 1-3 to 4-6. The high level gameplay takes up a lot more time at the table, the power gap between classes starts to become (very) problematic, and I spend a hell of a lot more time getting prepared for a session when the party is level 15 rather than level 5.
I'm quite curious to see how Emerald Spire will turn out, it's very different from what we normally play. Though I think the module itself is fantastic, I'm a little worried that level 1-13 of more or less straight dungeon runs might get a bit monotonous.
Truth be told I wouldn't mind seeing an AP that ends around level 10-12.

We just finished Council of a Thieves. Three days ago!
Aside from that, we've progressed fairly well in Carrion Crown, and almost completed Kingmaker and Serpent's Skull... We were hoping to finish Kingmaker this summer, actually, but we just ran out of time, with family stuff, life stuff, and Council of Thieves. Alas. It's looking to be another year before we can do so.

As a GM I've successfully completed Shackled City, Savage Tide, and Shattered Star. I've gotten through books 1-3 of Curse of the Crimson Throne, book 1 of Legacy of Fire (twice), books 1-3 of Kingmaker, and books 1-3 of Wrath of the Righteous. I'm starting Iron Gods in September, which oughtta keep one of my gaming groups busy for at least a year. :D
As a player we're a few sessions away from finishing Reign of Winter, we're basically done with a moderately-modified Skull & Shackles, and I've played through two and change books of Council of Thieves. We've also just finished book 1 of Mummy's Mask, and seem on track to keep chugging along until the end.
There might be more. It gets harder to remember each year. :P

I dmed my group through Age of Worms, finished that while things were still only 3.5 and not multiplatform.
Played through Savage Tide. High level gameplay in that one fatigued us for a while, plus it was being played when the Pathfinder play test came out and we were transitioning rules. Good AP but we liked Age of Worms better.
I ran a homebrew through to 20th next.
Then I gm'd Legacy of Fire. Modded things to increase the levels reached, but we still only got to level 17 or so.
We a 5/6 of the way through Second Darkness at the moment, with DM from savage tide running things. We've lost some characters in that one I can tell you.
In between some of those I ran a 4th edition campaign for a group, and played through a Dark Heresy campaign.
Cheers
