Liberty's Edge

If I got to choose, I would WANT to be a Chaotic Neutral or Good Half Elf Magus/Fighter. I think my honest ability scores would be as such:

Str: 14
Dex: 16
Con: 14
Int: 18
Wis: 10
Cha: 14

The test gave me this though:

Neutral Good Bard level 2/Sorcerer level 2
Ability Scores:
Strength- 15
Dexterity- 16
Constitution- 14
Intelligence- 17
Wisdom- 16
Charisma- 17

Which, in all honesty, is pretty accurate, though I don't think those ability scores should be so high.

If were to get sucked into an RPG world, any RPG world, I would want to be the same thing I am right now...

Me, I'm pretty sure I'm a human aristocrat.

I would be split classed Warrior/Expert Tech Support for a Internet Service Provider, and 10 years in the army.

You sound substantially more like a real-life Ranger archetype to me. :)

Umm, I like hiking, camping, reading books, fiddling with numbers, explosives, all kinds of mechanical tools. Kinda Short.

Maybe Dwarven Alchemist?

Str 12
Dex 8
Con 15
Int 16
Wis 7
Cha 8

So the test gave me:

5th level LG Human Sorc.

Str 14
Dex 16
Con 15
Int 13
Wis 15
Cha 13

But those look like to good inquisitor stats to me...and pretty accurate to real life, though I would rate my Str at 12 and con at 13.

Sovereign Court

Human Cleric,LG. Darn near paladin like, except for the streak of crazy that pops up every now and again.

According to a test I took, a horribly optimized paladin. Woe is me.

In reality? I'd probably lose patience with the magic arts and become a fighter. I discovered I am handy with a crossbow at a ren fair, and took fencing classes a while back, but practice now and again. So a fighter (crossbowman) with a rapier as a backup. Not bad. Optimal? Nope.

EDIT: Ability scores. Right.

Str: 10 (I'm average)
Dex: 16 (I can aim crossbows well, not really nimble though)
Con: 14 (Healthier than average, but not remarkable)
Int: 16 or 15 (Straight A student, well read)
Wis: 13 (I'd like to think I make mostly good choices, but emotion sometimes clouds my judgement)
Cha: 14 (People tell me I'm a natural leader, but I don't see it)

Hola all,

As the title says, you are transported through space/time to Golarion.
What would you want to transform into, Character wise...based on your honest assessment of your abilities and actual desires.

For example: I love Wizards, but I am not a huge fan of Sorcs.
However, the reality of spending hours a day./years painstakingly pouring over dusty tomes for power...? EEr... I haven't even fully read the APG yet. However, just having my power, and a cool-assed bloodline to boot? D'uh... (Even though the gamer in me hates the Lvl behind you are for getting your new Spell levels)...See what I mean?

Paladin? Awesome... Other that I think it would be an incredibly boring outlook, am not a super religious person, and am far too disorganized for LG.

See what I'm getting at?
I'd love to be an Elf, but (Let's be honest), I'm a goofball, my Girlfriend is half my age (not to mention that it's 'Open'), I play RPGs,
talk to my cats like they are people. Although ;the Bleaching' has gotten a hold of me as-of-late, I have long blue hair...
Gnome, it is...

I'd love to be a Magus,but...I've been playing guitar since I was 15 (I'm 42), tell jokes, stories (I am THE DM in our circle), I write Limericks... Dig up obscure facts and tidbits. I think it's pretty obvious that I'd have to be a Bard.

So let's go Lvl 7, 25 pt buy, normal 23,500GP wealth. I'd love to see what 'You' would become, made real in this wonderful RPG setting.

You that Wiccan/Goth girl in school? Witches actually rock !
Doing Kung Fu since you were 5? Monks away!
Maybe you always wanted to be Gunslinger, and played 'Young Guns/Clint Eastewood/whatever.

Obviously, folks could post their optimal builds, which might happen. I'd be that ridiculous Aasimar Oracle of the Heavens that I played in a recent Planescape game. But, he sure wouldn't have thought like I do, outside of Color Spraying Ice Devils...But if Ron Boggs' essence transferred to Golarion...Gnome Bard. Nope, I'm going to 'non-optimize', because, really...Bard/Magus...

I'd go with half-dragon wereTarrasque human with a level of monk (I did martial arts growing up) and levels of wizard and cleric, building towards mystic theurge. I started playing 1st ed as a munchking power gamer, so the (broken) racial templates reflect that. Mystic theurge is not optimal for power spellcasting, but I think it would be fun.

Grand Lodge

Test Results:

True Neutral Dwarf Ranger (3rd Level)

Ability Scores:
Strength- 12
Dexterity- 12
Constitution- 14
Intelligence- 14
Wisdom- 9
Charisma- 10

I would say if it were my own personal stats:

Neutral Good Human Bard (probably Archeologist) (3rd Level)

Strength - 9
Dexterity - 10
Constitution - 12
Intelligence - 12 (maybe 13)
Wisdom - 9
Charisma - 12

Pfft.

We all know we would be Commoners. My first thing would be to find a relatively large city to get inside the walls of because there are waaaay too many things out there that can eat me that a small village won't stop.

Then I'd try to actually learn a useful skill, take a few levels in expert and never leave the confines of the city unless I absolutely had to. Never let my kids be adventurers, etc.

Even then I'd probably end up getting killed to kick off an adventure for a group of PC's to investigate my death.

Liberty's Edge

Druid.

...and elf would be nice.

Well yeah, we'd be commoners or experts, with a few aristocrats. There might even be a few warriors among us. :p

Truly this comes from one who has worked in customer service.

Monk for disease and poison immunity, stats for good saves, great run speed and no reliance on physical objects to be formidable.

Sorcerer would be a second choice, but monks don't usually run out of fists.

I ran out of fists once. Boy was that inconvenient.

Being a Biologist in real life and one who focuses on molecular/cellular, I'd probably be a Vivisectionist Alchemist. No bombing, knowledge of the natural world but no the eco type like a druid.

As for race, probably just Human or maybe Half Elf.

You know, upon thinking about this, given that he's in the army, I'd actually suggest for min/max goodness that he take Favored Enemy: Terrorist, and then explain in no uncertain terms why that also applies to customers. Because it does.

Having a background in tech support, I can attest to this simple truth - some customers exist just to terrorize.

Having a background in being a customer, I can too.*

(I mean, I've also got a background in customer service, but you know, the other was funnier.)

Explanation:
Sometimes it's not even on purpose! You just can't help it, no matter how much you want to!**

Final Addendum:
Sometimes, however, it is, I'm pretty sure, given some of my customers. Point in case. (Also, shouldn't you be unable to read this given what just occurred in the other one?) :)
