Self-destruct the ship in the middle of the enemy ships.
According to one of the novels (I think), Chekov ordered all hands to escape pods, then from the helm, detonated the Enterprise to destroy the Klingon ships. Unfortunately, all the Enterprise escape pods were still within the blast radius of the four Warp drives.

hold fear's hand, make it your friend.
I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of Sapho that thoughts acquire speed, the lips acquire stains, stains become a warning. It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.

Perhaps when all the thinking machines are gone, you can teach your fellow humans how to think efficiently. Then all my work will not have been for... nothing.

When placed in a scenario that has no way to win it, folks tend to just waffle and do nothing or run away with tail tucked.
This isn't really what they are looking for in Star Fleet though. It says alot about your character, how you'll deal with it.
Overall I think killing them all and getting out is probably the best idea.
But don't then lie about it. Say you found a half dozen klingon (whatever type they were) and destroyed the ship (and its tech) to prevent them from recovering it and having federation playthings at their disposal.
While not an ideal situation (since the KBM and its crew are obliterated) it does show that you thought about it, assessed the risks, and did more than just blow up your own ship and crew (as well as theirs).
Destroying the Klingons isn't really the intent of the scenario. They are just the rock that you are up against, beside the Hard Place.
Just running means you are never becoming captain. Ever.
I'd probably say the same thing about just blowing up your ship and all of theirs. (too much loss of life, absolutely nothing to gain).
At least, thats imo.

Since you're supposed to cheat at this anyway:
No you're not actually. Otherwise Kirk's actions would not have been so controversial.
In the ret-conned timeline of Star Trek:Reboot, Kirk never got that commendation. The matter got dropped due to a somewhat major distraction and never taken up again.

My Plan:
I will dump the anti-matter in the ship's wake, and fire up the
turbo-after space burners to ignite it. Then, pull a jiggy-dog Zordac
evasive maneuver to get the burning anti-matter between the Enterprise
and the Klingons. And, then jumped away at Plaid speed warp-11.To counter the the expected Corbomite counter-maneuver, I will have a
multi-pass strategically hidden in my pants.
Did you pass?

You answer your own question then ask yourself for a follow up?
Are we okay?

Even Maximilian had a tough time passing his Turing test, and he didn't waste his time binging on sci-fi wiki articles. Best buckle down and apply yourself, Tensor Collective, or you'll never be taken seriously as an AI End Boss.

I can't help but think I'd be suspicious of the whole "gravitic mine" thing. Who put that gravitic mine there and why? It would be difficult but as a ship captain, I have the duty to assess dangers and keep my ship and crew safe, though not above all other priorities. So my first action would be to send a report to Starfleet Command and then analyze whatever remains of the gravitic mine, or whatever else I might find in the area (the wake of a cloaked ship perhaps)? If I am ordered to enter the Neutral Zone by Starfleet Command, I would fight to the best of my ability. If possible I would send some men over to the Kobayashi Maru to if possible try some repairs, if not possible, try to evac the crew of the Kobayashi Maru to... somewhere.
