Advice for Spells in Spell storing whip and flying talon for NPC

Advice

It will be a Bodyguard armed with both, dual wielding. A high level wiz will have a spell in each for him, so High DC on what ever is in them.

Suggestions for what to have in them? High level characters.

Why would it be a high DC?

it would be cast into the whip by a high level caster

I'm thinking perhaps touch of idiocy and vampiric touch

or swap one of those out for hold person

other thoughts

The spell level is at most 3, the caster level can be high, but the DC will be at most 14.

Vampiric Touch is always good. Just a question of who gets the temp HP.

james, unless I am beyond wrong, and I might be. The spell still benefits from the DC f the person who casts it. So if the Wizard has an int of 22 then the level 3 DC is 20. The write up for Spell Storing says nothing about it reverting to the base saves

afaik, the spell has the DC of who casts it

Touch of idiocy is a great option (no saving throw) if you are going against spellcasters

Not sure if this can work, but if you have the wizard have the Magical Lineage Trait for ToI, you can put empowered ToI in each whip

2x(1d6x1.5) damage to INT, WIS and CHA with no save can really scare a character (Alternatively, this is a good way to lower the Will save of the melee PCs to afterwards dominate them against the casters)

yikes empowered TOI. yo are one mean GM Droth :)
