Hi there,

Within this order I ordered this figure for a witch character. However, when I opened the figure she is completely missing the hand holding the spirit doll. Whom do I talk to about this, yourselves, or Reaper? And if it is yourselves, how is it handled?

Check with Reaper first. If they can't help you, let me know and I'll getcha taken care of.But they'll probably have you handled more quickly than we could, since we'd have to order a new one from distribution.
