Varnhold kingdom building (spoiler!)

Grand Lodge

Hey folks,

So, my group and I took down Vordakai (spelling?) and our GM said that we get Varnhold and 2 hexes all around as long as we connect our kingdom hex to one of these Varnhold hexes. However, we didn't nail down a couple of other details and he is VERY busy with work, school, family, etc. I've asked for some information, but he has life stuff keeping his attention. I'm trying to prep as much as possible to limit time spent kingdom building at the table.

My questions:
—What buildings does Varnhold start with?
—What do the map symbols mean? (i.e. stonehenge, gravestone, animal paw, coin, etc?)
—How far north can we claim hexes? I imagine Restov would not appreciate our land encroaching beyond a certain point.

Is your GM ok with you getting this data? He may want to make changes or something, or just want to keep some things private.

May contain spoilers from the first adventure::
I'm going to have to guess a bit, since I'm playing the campaing and don't know much about that.

The animal paw means an encounter with some creature, or probably the lair of that creature (or its hunting grounds, etc). Once the creature has been dealt with, I believe it shouldn't influence Kingdom Building.

The "stonehenge" is a Landmark, and if you claim its hex, it provides the kingdom with a +1 Loyalty bonus.

The gravestone I guess is a grave or dead body. On the first adventure, we found a barbarian's grave and it was marked with that symbol. I haven't found any reference to them as a benefit for the kingdom.

The coin represents some kind of Resource. On the first adventure, there were two different mines with that icon. If you claim its hex, it provides the kingdom with a +1 Economy bonus.

A crumbling ruin is, well, a ruin, that I believe can be restored for half-price (like the temple of Erastil on the first part).

A cave-like icon is a Lair, some some of cave that if claimed offers a +1 Stability bonus. Like the mites caverns.

He has said he'll get this information to me. I've emailed and texted over the past week, but this isn't a priority (and it shouldn't be). We are meeting in two days and my GM and the party have given me the okay to complete the kingdom building ahead of time so that we can all play our characters.

Ok, just checking.

Varnhold Buildings:

Varhold contains a brewery, an exotic craftsman, a garrison, a granary, an inn, a smith, a tannery, a temple, 3 tradesmen, and 8 houses. All four borders are land borders.

The Varnhold lands contain one landmark and one lair. The building at area K (Varnhold Pass) counts as a free watchtower if you build a city there.

Map Symbols:

Bridge = No cost increase for building a road in that hex
Structure (single house) = Free building if you build a city in that hex
Ruins = Half cost building if you build a city in that hex
Lair (cave) = +1 Stability
Landmark (stonehenge) = +1 Loyalty
Resource (coin) = +1 Economy

Nothing else has an effect on the kingdom by default, although there are alternate rules which modify these.

The border with Brevoy:

The top two rows of hexes are considered part of Brevoy and will provoke a war if claimed. A case could be made for exempting the hexes to the left of point A (Fort Serenko), but by default they're all dangerous.
