Hi there (probably hi Cosmo),

I recently realized that I have two pending orders in my account and I am wondering why they are pending and whether this could be resolved.

The easier one is the order 1856865. It is probably pending because, somehow, my Bestiary Box pre-order is part of this order. If one could move the pre-order item out of the order again, the order would be completed.

A bit trickier is the order 1931442. I guess that it is pending because I added my flip-mat order (Order 1975693) to it. Now, I am wondering was the flip-mat (or is it going to be) sent with the order? If not, would it be possible to combine the flip-mat and the order 1954391 (Imperial Throne Battle Pack) and send them together immediately? Because as far as I can see, if the flip-mat was not sent, I would have to wait till late April until it got shipped which would be a bit late.

Good guess, but as his minion I'll be acting on Cosmo's behalf.

With order #1856865 I have moved the Bestiary Box to your sidecart so that it will be shipped to you with the first available subscription shipment, minimizing shipping costs as well. I checked the status of Order #1931442 and the flip mat should be included in the shipment with your cards. It should be leaving from our facility soon, but I'll see if I can't get it to go out a bit faster than normal for you.

If the package is still at the facility, could you include the remaining battle pack (i.e. Order 1954391) with the order? If not, it will have to wait for the April shipment. :-)

I was able to move the Battlepack from your sidecart to your active order that should be shipping soon. You should be able to double check the status and contents of your order on your Order History at this time. Note that changing the contents of the items being shipped has also slightly adjusted the cost of shipping. Let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

Hey again (probably Erik, or Cosmo) ;-)

I am just wondering what is up with my order. Apparently, it is still not shipped. Is there are problem with it? Normally, the shipping part was no problem whatsoever.
I am beginning to consider the thought that it could be merged with the mid-April shipment, depending on the release of course.

Yeah, for some reason, despite having been ready for shipment since we messed with it earlier, the system wasn't allowing your order to enter the shipping queue. Using the latest advances in pugilistic technical readjustment, I managed to force the system to ship your order out.
