Wall of Fire and visibility

How does a Wall of Fire (the spell) effect visibility, and how does it effect ranged attacks through the wall? There is no mention of it in the spell.

It is an "opaque" wall (see the effect line), so you can't see through it. Anything on the other side has total concealment. I'd say you can shoot ranged attacks (arrows, etc) through it, but they take damage and might be destroyed.
