No longer able to put items into shipping with next order?

I went to preorder some of the pawns today, and it doesn't offer me the option to ship with next possible subscription order (I know they're preorders, but I assume there will APs and stuff shipping when they come out).

This also happened with the sale you're having right now. And I had to email customer service to get my last order combined with my subscription.

Is there a reason that, when I order something that is not part of a subscription, that I no longer get the option to combine shipping with the next subscription?

Looking through the checkout process for your order, you should be able to find the option to add them to your sidecart under each one of the shipment methods for each one of the three shipments the order is being broken into. If you would like to check to see if the options are still present for you I'd appreciate it. Feel free to place the order if you can submit them to your sidecart, if the options are still missing though make sure to let me know so I can alert our tech team to it.
