Dear Paizo Customer Support

Since October 14, my Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Beginner Box (OGL) Boxed Set (preorder) that was shipped alone is missing. I waited a long time for it. Soon will be a local convention that i hoped i could use the box to hook some new players.

Thanks for letting me know. At this time I have set a replacement copy to your sidecart to ship to you during your next subscription shipment. If you would like to cover the cost of shipping, we can have the package shipped out as quickly as possible instead.

Many countries have different import fees for various products, often books are free to import while games such as the Beginner Box have import taxes associated with them. You may want to check with your local customs offices to see if they might possibly hold your package containing a game while it is being shipped to you.

You should see the Beginner Box in your sidecart on your My Account Page on the Paizo website. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!

Thank i would like to cover the shipping costs, how do i do that ?

PS: I am aware of customs import problems and i am pretty sure no requisition from them was sent to me and when i was there to reclaim the big box of pathfinder miniatures, there wasn´t any sign of the begginer box.

Standard Postal Delivery - 13-40 Business Days @ $19.24
USPS First Class Mail - 13-40 Business Days @ $34.15
USPS Priority Mail - 6-10 Business Days @ 41.09
