While perusing items not yet on my shelves, I love having the "You purchased this product XXX XX, 20XX" to jog my memory and guide my purchasing.
Yesterday I noticed Items from my purchase of a somewhat recent "Second Darkness Super Bundle" are not individually labeled as purchased.
I assume it's because the bundle is considered as a single product in your system, however, I ask you to consider a way to break that out to the individual products, or allow the users to manually mark items that have been purchased themselves.
The feature is a nice time saver from having to reference back and forth from one's collection when looking to fill in missing items.

That's a good idea. So good in fact that Ross has just written the code for it. It won't stop you from buying the Second Darkness Super Bundle when you've bought all the pieces, but it will remind you that you bought Pathfinder #13 as part of the bundle. This will be active the next time we roll the site.

Will there be a way to check off items we already have via other venues, be it purchases elsewhere or stuff we got in our swag bag at Paizocon?

I too like having the "You purchase this..." line as it makes keeping track of what Fantasy Flight LCG Sets I have bought and where I'm up to in a cycle. So here is another Question relating to that:
Is it possible to heve a "You purchased this product..." tagline in the group menus, without me having to click on a particular product to see that I've purchased it?
For example, the Call of Cthulhu Core Set and Expansions Menu. Can it have listed in this view that I have purchased some of these items so that I don't have to click on an item and back out, click another and back out, etc...
No problem if you can't, just a thought. :)

I'd like to provide this info in more contexts like you're suggesting but it's a bit tricky. It's kind of expensive to scan through your order history to figure out what you've purchased and compare it to what we're displaying, which is why we are currently only doing that on the product page itself.

Your best bet there is likely to make a Wish List of the items you want to track, and check them off when you get them from whatever source you get them from. That's what I do with Runebound expansions and other things that I may or may not purchase through paizo.com.
