This will be my wife and I's first Paizo con. We will be playing in low tier games 1-3. How much game stuff do we really need to bring? I was thinking dice(his and hers), Figs, pencils.
Since we are playing low tier how many books do we really need? We don't have tablets so that is out of the question.

We will be flying in from Oklahoma and we are thinking of dressing up for cos play, what is the best way for get everything up there and not having it get trashed.

Any help will be great.

Dice (you probably can buy some from the vendors or borrow from someone else at the show if you forget)
Minis, tokens, or pawns (ditto)
Pens or pencils
A notepad for each of you
If your characters don't use rules from anything other than the Core Rulebook, you should be fine with just the Core Rulebook.

For packing your costumes, it depends on how big they are (like big armored shoulders) or how fragile they are (fairy wings, corsets, etc.). With more info on what you want to bring I can give you some info or get my wife Jodi to answer.

As for which books to bring, I'd suggest bringing one copy of the core rulebook for the both of you. If you have material from the other hardcovers, my suggestion would be to print out individual pages from the PDF or PRD to cover material from those books. If it's from another product (Like an Adventure Path or Campaign Setting) then your only option would be to print from the PDF or bring the actual books.

As for many cons which you fly to, I'd also suggest packing a duffel bag or some similar bag into your main suitcase. Many times you'll end up coming back with more products than you left home with. Each year Paizo has some really nice swag, sometimes which has been pretty big comparatively (like the Kill Doctor Lucky game).

With bag rates lately, I would also consider the 'ship it home' option. I know that the last year my husband and I attended NeonCon in Vegas ... we should have gone with that option, considering we drove home in a 2-seat convertible.

However, that did give me time to read through the swag I got.

But 8 hours of a stack of books on your lap gets old fast. Pack some extra cash and ship the swag home. Usually hotels are really helpful with shipping pickups ... and even receiving boxes for you, if you want to ship your costumes to the hotel, then back again, likely still saving on airline baggage fees ....

Now I'm just rambling.

Can anyone post an itinerary of events, so i can sell this trip to the over 25 players I have at our local game store?

I don't know about the lottery events but we will be running ever Season 3 scenario multiple times at Paizo Con. We will also have 30 tables per slot so plenty of room.

Yay! I'm gonna have to try to get into one or two of those at some point.

There'll also be a lots of non-Pathfinder Society games throughout the weekend, some in the lottery and some not.

For instance, I plan on running a Dragon Age game and a Dogs in the Vineyard game in the lottery, and a Metamorphosis Alpha game as an invitation/pickup game, probably Thursday night.
