Class Bonus Feats (Sorcerer)

I am very confused by the Bonus Feats section of character class descriptions.

In particular, the sorcerer bonus feats: does a 1st level character autonatically get the entire list? Or are these just feats available to the class that normally wouldn't be?

At 7th level, and every six levels thereafter, a sorcerer receives one bonus feat, chosen from a list specific to each bloodline. The sorcerer must meet the prerequisites for these bonus feats.

under bloodline

you dont get ANY of the bonus feats till 7th, then one at 13th and one at19th
