I almost missed my chance at a faction mission when I played the module due to an error in the module, but then forgot about the error until I ran the scenario last week.

The Shadow Lodge faction mission refers to Ragna Lightfoot, but the name given in bold type on page 6 is Sverrir Lightfoot. Much of the text on page 6 also refers to Ragna Lightfoot, so I imagine the name was changed in editing and the single mention of Sverrir was missed when the change was made.
