Being rather active in PbP games here on the boards, and running two myself for which I want to create aliases/avatars for major NPCs, I'm beginning to accumulate a lot of aliases of my own - some for inactive PCs, some active, and some NPCs. Would it be possible to have the ability to sort the aliases into categories? The pie in the sky would be the ability to attach categories to the appropriate campaigns, meaning that when posting in a PbP thread, only the aliases in that category would appear in the drop down list.
It's Christmas, so I can at least ask, right?
We share a common dream, my friend. Maybe, if we wish hard enough, our Christmas wish will come true!

I hear you Naz'... 57 and counting here and it would be great to sort them into user-defined categories and/or be able to hide and unhide aliases and categories.
I know that some GMs only use a couple alias for NPC (which is what I did originally too), but when I go back and re-read older portions of my PbP compared to newer ones, it makes the story a LOT easier to follow when any NPC who is more than a 1-liner gets their own alias.
Hopefully with all the other PbP upgrades that we've seen this year that alias management is getting close to the top of The To-Do List™ also.
