The
[ / code] tags

Liberty's Edge

Maybe this has been covered elsewhere, but I was wondering if it would be possible to implement the

tags for the board so people could post table formatted data without having it get all scrunched together.

A formatting option that defaults to a fixed-width font and converts spaces to their non-breaking equivalent would be helpful in many cases...

I'll throw in a vote for this too. It ought to be much easier to implement
tags than
tags (which then imply a [header] tag, a [row] tag, and maybe a [column] tag).

...

Although come to think of it, the latter would map to <table>, <th>, <tr>, and <td> pretty easily, so it might be just as easy...

We are planning to expand our coverage of tags sometime soon-ish (but whether that's next month or next year, that's the "-ish" part).

Will this allow easier SQL injections on the website? ;)

Only if the SQL injections smooth out the wrinkles.
