#3 - Awesome design work!
Zylph, I've added your slots. Just register at warhorn, and sign up as judge. This is the page for the event.
Spread the word for potential players to register and sign up, let's fill these tables and make the tabletop RPGs the best part of GeekOut! Thanks guys!

Yup.
I count 5 for design #3,
1 for #1
1 for #2
Looks like #3 it is. We're still missing a vote from Eaghen and Edric Nansen. Anyone else who hasn't cast theirs?
Once we get a vote from all the regulars, I'll clean up the selected one. (I think the compass rose and text in #3 should be a bit closer). Then someone slaps that design on shirts and I buy one to wear to Geek Out.

Ok, my final entry in logo design is here. I'd like to be able to get a shirt together for conventions, but we may already be too late for Geek Out. If you don't particularly like any of them, then vote option 7:none of the above. You won't make me cry, I promise.
I'll throw mine in for #1.
but #3 is nice too... so whatever comes out on the top I'm fine with.

Thorynn: thank you for the shirt. I really appreciate it. I was thinking we should do it as white on black. I can send you the image as svg, jpg, png whatever format you need when we're ready. Is there a design site or you just give the image to your contact?
Dink: I was hoping to close the vote sometime before the weekend so we might get these back before Geek Out. Maybe there's no chance for that, but a guy can dream right?
I had to buy a new (larger) belt today so I'll need an XL.

Ok, I may have jumped the gun here, but I just made a preliminary T-Shirt design using option #3 on the front and a larger variation on the back of it. This is just to illustrate what I have in mind. The larger graphic on the back is mainly to draw the eye and possibly generate a bit of interest from those who see it. I put a bit of text below the back graphic that reads "Seeking passage to Absalom..." in the same font as the main logo. I think of that phrase in the sense of booking passage on a ship to somewhere. Just as you might hear a Pathfinder abroad looking to find a ship to take him or her back to Absalom I think of each society module as the player's "passage" back to Absalom (Golarion). The graphic on the back also prominently displays the d20, witch speaks to the RPG nature of our group.
Please DON'T ACTUALLY PURCHASE this yet. I'm sure Thorynn's contact can get us better prices on these. This is just a concept of what I hope to get as a final result. (Also, we need to officially confirm the vote on option #3)

Yeah, that design totally rules! I talked to my bro, and vectors are best. Send them to this email skylandgamesinfo@gmail.com I'll show him that page as a design guide and get a quote from him. I'm not sure if they'll make it here before GeekOut, but we can try. Here is the count so far:
Luth - 2 Mediums
Strange - 2 XLs
Aravandor - XL (I'm buying)
Dink - 1 M 1 XL
Zylph?
Me - 2 Ls
I spread the word to the APL south guys who don't frequent the forum too often. They may pick up a few as well. I'll probably get a few extra of the larger sizes in case people want them later.

As far as t-shirts go, my philosophy is the bigger the better (besides, I inevitably throw them in the wrong temperature and they shrink, so those XL tees that used to fit become L tees that are just a wee bit too tight).
Put me down for 2 2XL or 3XL (the bigger the better). ;)

Sweet! I just got the quote from my bro:
"For all S-XL shirts, each one is 8.68 with a $10 art charge and one
$20 screen charge.
Any 2XL or 3XL are 10.68.
With tax, that's 213.78 shipped to you for free in 10 business days
from the date ordered."
I'll make the first order @ 20 shirts and you guys can pay me back as we get them out to you. The art/screen charge is a one time deal. If we keep the same design, they don't charge that for future orders. For ease of change and to recoup the art expenses, why don't we say S-XL is $9 and 2XL-3XL is $11? If we act soon, we should be able to get them by the con and rep the APL!

Ok,the SVG files have been sent to the email Thorynn specified. The check is in the mail. If you need a different file or version or whatever, tell me Thorynn. Thanks for the support on this, guys. It'll really make it look like we have our s$@% together at this little con and it sure beats "STAFF".

Updated T-Shirt Count:
Luth - 2 Mediums
Strange - 2 XLs
Aravandor - 1 XL (I'm buying) 1 XL 1 M
Dink - 1 M 1 XL
Zylph - 1 XXXL 2M
Me - 2 Ls
STU - 1 XL
Jake - 1 XL 1 L
Totals
6 M
3 L
7 XL
1 XXXL
That only leaves two extra, as one of the APL South guys wanted an XXL. I'll order an extra L and XL, then once everyone sees how awesome we look at the con, we'll put together a second order if necessary.
Stu, do you want to GM for GeekOut? Is that what you were asking earlier? You totally can, but at this point we've got a ton of slots and no players. Anybody not GMing should definitely sign up to play!
