You mean aside from the fact that this particular Taldan is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the bodies of all her fallen comrades while leading the only other survivor who was reduced to the mental wherewithal of a rutabaga (no offense, Exalëbar, but you were truly not quite yourself) out of the Worldwound? If that type of action is not appreciated, it will be noted for future assignments. ;)

Say what you will about Taldor, but please note that while you say it, you are most likely saying it in Taldan ... does Cheliax have it's own tongue? No, you rely upon the Taldan language or that of your infernal masters. The "common" tongue is, after all, the Taldan language.

Hmmm, didn't realize those two were Taldan l. Might have to find a way to convert them.

You could, of course, simply acknowledge the error of your ways, denounce the infernal influences that corrupt your society and embrace your true heritage. All along the Inner Sea coast of Avistan were Taldan well before they became Chelaxian, Andoran, etc. Embrace your ancestry!

4:30? What is wrong with you people? If you'd schedule your weekday games for like 5:30 then us working stiffs might join up. Damn I hate my job! It completely interferes with my gaming schedule. I need to quit and tell my wife to get a second one to support my gaming habit.

Work is the curse of the gaming class!

I get off of work at 3:30pm so maybe you should start working earlyer and get out sooner... ;)

If we started any later say ~5:30pm we'd have 2-1/2 hours to game till we got kicked out definetly not enough time specialy for a high level.

Dark Archive 2/5

I would love to wait until all of you could join us but jake has a point we are guest of the lovely establishment we use and we need at least 4 hours to get close to completing this game sorry.

It was not one of my proudest moments... Thank you my friend for assisting me in my time of need.

Taldor is my homeland, though I may not serve her interests I don't openly slander her. We in the Silver Crusade believe our resources are better utilized through the good and lite we bring in these dark times.

Oh, I get it. Yet another proletarian plea for fair treatment falls upon deaf bourgeoisie ears. Well fine. I'll crawl out of the salt mine at 5pm with all my blue collar slob bretheren and wander home to my thatch-roofed hovel while you noblemen and future landowners carouse and drink your wine. Story of my life.

Dark Archive 2/5

We are most likely starting then just come by if it ends up being a no go we can do it another night

Dark Archive 3/5

My Blackros Museum map and the Lissalan safe house map in Severing Ties are now finally laminated. I will have my Blackros Museum map with me when we have our Blackros theme day. So, if someone needs it for a game, it will be available.

Sovereign Court

Very cool! I have to say I am quite envious of that map (may have to get one made myself).

Lol... Here I am whining and then you go and accommodate me. Actually Stu, I have a meeting at 5:30 with H&R Block to sort out a tax problem. I'd like to come, but it's more important to make sure I don't go the way of Al Capone right now. Thanks for the offer though. Some might say that I'm fond of bellyaching.

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Hurray for Blakros day.

Scarab Sages 1/5

Hey guys, if you have an interest in expanding your gaming horizons, I'll be running a regular Dungeon Crawl Classics game on Sunday afternoon at the Wyvern's Tale starting this Sunday. Check out their warhorn to sign up.

I'll bring the character sheets, rulebooks, adventure and even the crazy looking dice. D5? D14? D30?! You betcha. This week is a 0-level adventure, and it'll be a blast! Hope to see you there.

In other news, I'll be dropping by the Deck Box on Tuesday with the Blood Under Asheville shirts. If you pre-ordered a shirt, bring your $10!

Liberty's Edge

I know I am pretty new to APL, but I have a few Grand Lodge Saturdays, and there seems to be very few Wizards. I have only seen one in play so far, and that was a first level first steps scenario. Any ideas why? Am I just missing something? What classes seem the mot prevalent in our group? Least prevalent?

That's a good question. Maybe with so many other spellcasting classes plain old vanilla wizard seems unimpressive.

Sovereign Court

my first GM dump PC is a wizard ... or will be when I build him (he's got 9 or 10 levels of credit at this point).

Wizards are squishy and feel quite underpowered at low levels, which is why I think they tend to get little love, though as they level up, the power curve does change.

I'll more than likely bring one into play at some point, but I really need to delve into the classes I have not played first (cavalier and witch, I am looking at you).

Liberty's Edge 2/5

What Zylph said. I have a wizard but he doesnt get much love. He's level 5 now... maybe I ought to consider playing him more?

Hey guys, I didn't notice anything on Warhorn for Saturday. Is anyone planning on meeting up on Saturday, or is Pathfinder basically cancelled tomorrow?

It's an off weekend for the main lodge. Someone might run something.

Grand Lodge 5/5 * Venture-Captain, New Zealand—Dunedin

Hey guys. I'm trying to figure out what happened to the Blakros Matrimony encounter for March 2nd that was listed in the early slot. It appears to have been deleted off of Warhorn. I need to know if Aly is running it (Aly?)

We will get it reposted toute de suite. Thanks for your patience.

Seth and I would be up for a game tonight.

Liberty's Edge

If it is allowed, I would be up for running a game tonight. I know Seth is super excited to play this weekend, and I could use the escapism. I have a few of the season 0 adventures.

What should I do to make sure everyone gets credit for a game I run?
Is it allowed for me to run a society game tonight?
Are there any season 0 scenarios not allowed?

Krulack, you'll need to log on to this site and create an event thru your 'My Account' link here. List the event info at the prompts, and you'll get an event code. That's what you need in order to make a Society event. You'll also need to report the event afterwards. That's it.

The non legal Season 0 scenarios are listed as such here on the site. If they're not listed as such, they're legal.

Good luck, and good luck on your way to your first GM star!

Liberty's Edge

I printed up "Murder on the Silken Caravan"
And I think I created the event correctly. I don't know anything about Warhorn, but game starts at six. Checked with the WT and they said there should be any space conflicts.

Liberty's Edge 2/5

I have added this to Warhorn for you- feel free to sign up. I've already played but may be by anyway.

Hopefully we can scare up people for you. Have you played this one, Krulack?

If you haven't, I could run it for you and Seth and one other player.

Silver Crusade 5/5

Way to go man! Have fun. Murder on the silken caravan is one of my all time favorites! See you Monday at noon. You bring the dino, and bring the murderous gang of monsters to seek his blood ;)

Liberty's Edge

I haven't played it yet. It looks like Seth, myself and my buddy Niko will be there. Niko played his first game last Saturday and is eager to get his blade wet again.

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Well, after the UNC/State game, I should be free. May not be right at 6, though. If you want me to run, let me know.

Liberty's Edge

We would love it. But I am also eager to get my GM on. As long as we can get a table together I will do what ev.

Shadow Lodge 2/5

Lesson learned: check boards. I have a free day today and would have been able to make it. D'oh! Next time. ^_^

Yep Me to mike LOL

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Thanks for letting me run for you guys. :) Sorry that I couldn't keep Seth awake for most of it!

Liberty's Edge

He seemed to hit a wall right when we got there. Found out later it might have been a suger crash from Mom letting him drink to much soda. Thanks for running it. I had a blast for sure, and Seth says he did to.

On a similar note, when trying to record the event there doesn't seem to be a place to record the pre-gen. How do i type that in?

Silver Crusade 5/5

GAME TOMORROW AT NOON. Perils of the Pirate Pact... don't say I didn't tell ya :). only 2 seats left :)

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Well, 3 is a legal table. If you can't find a slot to report the pre-gen, just let it slide. *shrug*

Liberty's Edge

Okay. Its updated. I think I may have accidentally posted it twice.

Luth, You better bring some tough monsters. Level 5 druid now. Starting to hit my full potential. I will be bringing an excessive amount of butt kicking tomorrow.

Silver Crusade 5/5

I will not disappoint...

Liberty's Edge 2/5

You did indeed post it twice. May want to alert the powers that be to your error.

Dark Archive 2/5

If anyone is interested i will be running The Forbidden Furnace of Forgotten Koor This Wednesday night at 5 this is a 7-11 tier(s). This is on February the 27th, get over to Warhorn if you are able and wanting to play.

Silver Crusade 5/5

Please contact me ASAP if you would like to GM a scenario at MACE West.
Also contact me if you would like to see a specific scenario on the schedule.
[I have a fancy custom die for 1-star GMs who run a scenario at the convention]

Scarab Sages 4/5

I'm looking forward to seeing lots of new faces and old friends at ConNooga this weekend!!!

I have 36 tables of PFS at GnomeCon in Savannah, GA.

I do need one more GM and I will cover 1/4 of a room for you. You can crash with the SCARAB crew if you would like to attend and save some $$$. If you want this last slot I need to know by March 8th.

As always we are going to have some awesome boons and prizes and would love to have you come on out and help me continue to light the PFS fire in Savannah, GA.

As always our great SCARAB GMs are willing to take requests and are happy to run any scenario that we have in our fabulous library.

Shadow Lodge 2/5

Pathfinder Society Tuesday! Tonight's game will be PFS4-02 In Wrath's Shadow! Starting at 6 o'clock at The Deck Box in Fletcher. Sign up on Warhorn if you so desire, if not, well... you'll still be able to play. See you there!

I'm not going to be able to make tonight's (Wednesday's) game, Stu. I know I was signed up on warhorn for it, but I've got family in the hospital today and tonight they may need my help. Was looking forward to it, guys. Sorry to bail.

Dark Archive 2/5

no problem there are things more important than pathfinder

Sovereign Court

Hope all goes well.
