What scenarios, in particular, do people want? I might be able to run one next Thursday. Just need to know which ones. I can run anything from season 2 and almost anything in season 3. I do have the scenarios from season 4 except the special.
I can add for you CHris, or you can talk to Paul about getting you set up to add to it, let me know day time how long a slot and secenario you can do it here or with a PM
Hey, Warhorn isn't letting me log in; it keeps saying my password is wrong. I went through the lost password stuff, and it's saying that the new password they sent me in an email is incorrect.
Did one of you who played my 6:00 Rise of the Goblin Guild pick up the master scenario sign in sheet, I am not finding it in my papers to put your credits into the system.
thanks Chris your number was the only thing I didn't have I can reproduce the rest.

Hey Lego,
You're welcome to run your latest at a PFS Lodge meeting, but you may come up against stiff competition next week with Module Day. May I recommend the 22nd or the 29th?
I have already created the event on the Paizo website, just need it put on Warhorn.
Thursday, September 13 from 12:30 - 4:30 pm at Wyvern's Tale.
Scenario: Tide Of Twilight
Chris, I might could be there for it, but I've already done Tide of Twilight as a player. If you run something else, like one of the new season (except Goblin Guild) or any of the old Season 1's (except Silent Tide) I could do it.

I would need to look at what I have available and see if I could do anything.

Dear All,
I'm out of town this weekend, but had a chance to visit another PFS event. The lodge I visited was pleasant and welcoming, but suffered from problems, including a dearth of active GMs, a gaming site that charged for occupancy, and difficulties in coordinating city-wide PFS activities.
It made me proud of our humble and fledgling home, the APL. Proud of our GMs, proud of the quality/quantity/diversity of the games that we run, proud of people willing to pick up the ball and run with it, proud of the ever-burgeoning ranks of Pathfinders.
I'll be out of town next weekend as well, but I wanted to take the moment to let you all know that you were greatly appreciated for bring the awesome sauce to the APL. Even you Greenies who've played only once, or not at all. Thank you. And welcome to the best flippin' PFS Lodge - the APL.
Just as another feather to our cap: I have been contacted by no less than 6 other Venture-Officers here on the Paizo boards about borrowing the Goblin Moon Day event that we staged last weekend. Hats off to our very own Zylphryx for making the dream a reality!

I made it back to New Orleans safe, and timed it so I only went an hour before power came back on.
I'm wondering if anyone knows who made the flyer you were using, and if they'd mind if I repurposed it for down here? We've got some great, dedicated GMs ready to run games, but not enough people to fill more than one table at a time. So I want to run the flyer idea by the Venture Captain next week. There's also a small convention coming up in October, so it might be good to have some for that.
If it's an APL-only thing, not a problem. I'll throw something else together. Just trying to save some time (and they did look really nice).

I made the flyers. Tell me what verbage needs changing and I'll email you a pdf. My forum name at google's email service or pm me here. I made alot of variations so if you want something other than Valeros just say so.

Luth,
Thanks. I'll get back to you after I talk to the Venture Captain on Sunday (or if I hear from him sooner). Were they based on the files Keovar linked to? I've got enough photoshop skills that I can definitely work with those, and if we decide we want several variations on the flyer (we alternate between two stores, plus the con), I don't want to throw all of our work onto you.
Ferious, did you move? It was great to have you at games at the Wyverns Tale. Let us know how the games go in the Big Easy.

Ok people, it's time for an APL roll call.
We have the opportunity to put something special together on the evening of ACE. As some of you may know, ACE (Asheville Comic Expo) is going down October 13th. The APL has only one time slot at that game with 2 tables, due to the timing of the con.
I want to do something more. Something awesome. I want to run Blood Under Absalom as an APL after-party to the con at the WT.
It requires 5 tables, 25 players, and 5 GMs. 30 people playing the same adventure all at once. Total awesomeness. My question: can we muster that many people?
I say we can, but that's why I'm posting this. Can YOU?
I need firm commitments. Prep for this is extensive. I won't even start unless we come close. We also need 4 GMs (I'll be one of them). So again, I repeat: Can YOU do this?

I've played and would be willing to run, but let me tell you... It ran at 6 hours and was played as fast as any game I've played in 27 years of gaming. It runs more normally as an 8 hour game.
I will be out of town that morning. I don't know if I will be back in time to run it that evening or not. If so, I will run it- I've played it, but I can run it.
And as Keovar and 7th Son noted- that runs LONG. VERY VERY LONG. 6 hours at a minimum.
What would be the Start and finish times Dink?... I get off work around 3pm on the 13th and have to be at work around 7am on the 14th, but I'll Ironman it and be one of your GMs if you think we'll wrap-up around midnight-1am ish and we start after 4pm.... I got your back on this, I've been wanting to run this all year... if not this con then definitely in the spring for geek out!!
Logistics may be an issue running the same day as ACE, as the TWT guys will be at ACE with board games. I really would love to be involved in a Blood Under run, but I thought we were thinking of doing it as maybe a Lodge-anniversary event more towards December? DCII sounded interested in bringing up some SCARAB GMs/Players, as it is an awesome ad for the cool stuff you can pretty much only do at cons like SCARAB.
May be worth considering doing a different date, and call on our SC brothers (and sisters) in dice.

So, I've already made in-roads with Simeon with respect to getting the store for the after-convention party/scenario/event. It would likely start around 530PM....and possibly end around 12MN.
I really think we could make this work, but I'm open to inviting any and everyone to the event...SC people, where you at???
As far as the December anniversary event, may I suggest Race for the Rune Carved Key?
I like Kevin's idea about doing it for our anniversary... I'll still back it for ACE after-party if it gets off the ground, but December would give us more time to plan and prep. AND we could still run a brace of scenarios (TWT willing) as an after-party to ACE, maybe, dare I say it some WBG action? ALways a winner and my Poog voice has recovered
I think I heard you guys roughly tend to follow an every-other-week schedule, right? If that's so, then is this coming weekend an "off" or "on" week for the APL? I'm considering taking my Kingsport game down to a bi-weekly schedule so I can have some weeks off for other things, including coming down to Asheville to actually play in a game.
The Rebel's Ransom being run on the 29th is tiered at 5-9, but this isn't listed on the WarHorn description, so people are currently signed up as levels 1-2.
