The boon you get if you complete all three parts is quite unique. Axe me about it some time the next time you beak me.

Once again, I have a random question. (Huzzah fitting in the newbie status!)

Is 3rd party content not allowed in Pathfinder Society? I was looking at the druid and the "Wild Rider" archetype fits perfectly with how I want to run my druid but its from "Necromancers of the Northwest". It doesn't appear to be broken (At least from my eyes, but I'm no expert) but it is 3rd party.

Thanks to any insight on this! ^_^

Nope, sorry. Here is what is legal Additional Resources

Lantern Lodge

Thank you! That seals the deal for me.

Scarab Sages

Hey Jake, any idea what game you might be running at noon?

Liberty's Edge

Basic rule of thumb: If it A) Comes from a 3rd party source or (B) Has anything whatsoever to do with even the possibility of crafting or (C) Allows a creative alchemist to find ways to cheat death...
then it is probably not allowed <_<

You're the first person to ask and its your B-day on the 30th isn't it. So call it a belated gift, do you have any requests?

And try not to one shot his character in the first combat of the scenario... but to be safe Sonne... DON'T play a pregen... they kind of suck

Gooooooood Morning. I didn't know how to get ahold of Paul and/or Justin so this is to let them know that the giant d20's have arrived. Have a great day!

Scarab Sages 1/5

You can never have too many d20's of bludgeoning!

My eye just started twitching... I'll be by after lunch to buy 4 if you have some to sell...

Grand Lodge 5/5 * Venture-Captain, New Zealand—Dunedin

Good to know that the d20s have arrived - the account will be settled by the end of the day today.

Tempting, very tempting. Put me down as a maybe (it depends on if I get hit with another batch of evening work today).

Liberty's Edge

If I did not already have set plans, Stupottery, I would totally be there. Wednesday and thursday nights I'm almost guaranteed to be free.... usually.
More of these in the future?

Dark Archive 2/5

yepers if i can get the ppl we will have random games

Scarab Sages 1/5

It was fun last thursday, but most thursdays are my regular Skulls & Shackles game down south.

Fun fact - I was way behind on my accounting work for Wintalas. He is now 4th level and has a lot better gear! Happiness is finding 9000gp you didn't know you had.

This is our group that usually meets on Wednesdays but It looks like only Stu and I will be there from the group so we wanted to see if we could wrangle up some more body's, sorry it's such late notice.

We will play board games or some card games (Harrow, three dragon anti, munchkin...) if we don't have enough players.

Sovereign Court

OK, looks like I won't be there. Sorry guys.

anyone interested in playing sunday the 1st?

Silver Crusade 5/5

[QUOTED="ben schweizbach"] anyone interested in playing sunday the 1st?

My homebrew game will happening all day sunday, but APL stuff I don't think

Scarab Sages

anything a level 2 fighter can play in would be great, but only thing I've really played is Sewer Dragons and Empyrean Enlightenment outside of the first steps.
And no worries on the pregen, last night I made 4 new characters =D

ben schweizbach wrote:

I'd be interested.

Liberty's Edge

ben schweizbach wrote:

I can't make promises, since it will depend on how exhausted I am after work saturday night... but I'm fairly certain I could make a 5-9 or 10 game that night

Silver Crusade 5/5

They close at 8 pm on sundaus fellas... try not to keep them their too late

Scarab Sages 4/5

I would possibly be able to make a Sunday game. What time? I'm back in NC, and since I'll be missing next week, it would be good to get one in.

Who loves you baby. My homebrew game for instance will be running from noon until 7 or 8... if we game there in Sundays fellas we need to aim for earlier start times like 3-4pm... so we're wrapping up around 8pm when they close.

Yeah, I was gonna suggest a Sunday start time of no later than 3 pm, in case we need the full five hours.

Course it might not matter for this weekend, since no one's volunteered to GM. I'd volunteer, but I need at least a week's notice to get a scenario prepped.

Sunday afternoon is the best time for gaming for me, so if there are enough folks interested, I'd love to try to get regular Sunday sessions going. Assuming the space isn't booked for another group. Don't wanna wear out our welcome.

If it all works out, I'd be willing to GM some of the time.

i could gm frost fur captives. i haven't g.m.ed before but i've played a lot and i feel pretty comfortable with the rule set. i was thinking around noon. provided we have enough players and y'all don't mind breaking in a new gm.

I don't mind new GMs at all.

However I've already played Frostfur Captives. I checked, and replay (for no credit) is allowed if two conditions are met:

1. There aren't otherwise enough players for a legal table
2. The GM is okay with a player replaying

If we meet those conditions, I'd be happy to replay Frostfur Captives.

Scarab Sages 4/5

I can make a noon game Sunday. So we need two more players?

Liberty's Edge

I tell ya what: If you make it 2 on Sunday, I can be there.
the 2 hours or less of sleep that I would get to be there at noon is just too little for me.
If that's not too much of a stretch, I'm game!

Grand Lodge

Is there a PF game at 5 this evening?

I have 4 players at the store right now looking for a GM. If anyone wants to show up and splatter them that would be RAD.

tomorrow is a no go for me it turns out i have to work. sorry guys. have fun

If I wasn't at work I would have been all over it. Curse you work weekend!!!

Keep sending posts like that by though, if I happen to be free I'm your man.

QC is running a module for the GMs and I count 4 as having responded. You will have to ask him what the final count is...

anyone? GMs? These players want to be killed!

Silver Crusade 4/5

nillic wrote:

Oh there still there? A few GMs will be there in half an hour for a game, we'll see what we can work out.

Silver Crusade 1/5

Sorry I had to work, or I would have come. But I will have the first intro prepped for next weekend 5:00 if it is needed.

Liberty's Edge

So, How did the rest of that game end up last night? I really wanted to be there for the end of it

Sovereign Court

You survived the Unspeakable Horror that Lurks Behind Pulsating Walls.

Spoiler:
The folks who were in the mirror got expelled, including three others who looked like that evil dual sword wielding bugger we killed and a kid who looked like one of the Baron's older brothers. The three agreed the baroness and son would be exiled, but the baron would remain. Worked for us since the baron was an evil little bugger.

We kept up the quick pace through the end and finished up maybe an hour after you left.

That last fight started rough ...

Spoiler:
the UHtLBPS grabbed the eidelon and almost killed it in a single shot. It was looking like it would have been freaking bad until the cleric cast bestow curse, reducing it's attacks by 4 points, followed up by temporarily blinding it. The Magus took the shard and when he struck the bugger, it's regeneration stopped .. oh yeah, it had regeneration. That bestow curse was the real turning point.

Best boss fight ever! I cast a ton of fun spells Fireball, Bestow Curse, Spear of Purity x2, with a little Bless & Bane mixed in.

GAME ANNOUNCEMENT
Anybody interested in playing tomorrow (Monday)? I'm free to GM all day but I assume most ppl wont be available until later, We would have to start by 4:30pm the latest and that is still cutting it close.

Stu and I want to game and it is our day off, if we could get a game started earlier that would be awesome too. Card/board games are always an option too
GAME ANNOUNCEMENT

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Doesn't look like too many folks are interested in my later Intro Steps mod.

I'm cool with that. I think I may try to slide into your game at 12:00 then, Jake. Do you know what Tier you're gonna be running? I also have a new character or two I can bust out for level 1 tiers.

I have to talk to my wife to see what the deal is- we may have some stuff going on this weekend.

Silver Crusade 5/5

Jake,

Probably should back out of the game tomorrow at noon... wife aggro for getting home tonight at 9pm and gaming again most of the day tomorrow would not go over well... I think I counted enough to get a game going with out me... I'll check in tomorrow and if you have to have a fourth I will show up if we can rush it and get me out of there by 4pm.
