Jake question, the last time we played at PFS our GM did't have the event code, or the gm number. He said they would get them too us. I was in the defenders of nesting swallow scenario 3-13. If you have any information that would be great, thanks.
Thanks for getting those shirts made, Thorynn! I can't wait to see them. Great job!
Also, sign me up for the early morning setup and GM's breakfast. I will disguise myself as a GM by assuming an air of omnipotent power. No one will be able to tell I'm not actually GMing.
I just checked Warhorn and those Intro Series are very full. I would recommend that some of the GMs with no players be prepared to run an Intro Series over-flow table. Just a recommendation. If you are GM-ing you should familiarize yourself with those free scenarios just in case your table doesn't make and those tables are overflowing as they are now.
THIS IS A VERY GOOD PROBLEM TO HAVE!
Also, my 11 yr old daughter is prepped and ready to run the Beginner Box Set and if there are lots of kids she usually prefers to run that rather than play and that may take some pressure of the Intro series from walk-ins.

I will be prepared to run an Intro I in the first slot alongside Stu's if I need to.
I am moving to Franklin, NC at the end of the month and am in dire need of a gaming group. Franklin is about 1hr 20min from Asheville, but I would be willing to make the drive on the weekends. Let me know if you guys are open to new participants.
Geekout 2012 was a roaring success!!!! All the APL crew need a pat on the back for making the gaming room rock! I am very proud of you all. Rest up and we'll hit it again on the 26th....
Yes, you heard right. There is an effort underway to develop and bring to us an MMORPG version of Pathfinder. It is being worked on by an offshoot of Paizo called Goblinworks.
Click here to read the blog that's been ongoing for about 6 months. I read through it and get the sense that this MMO will be a very different experience than the yawners that are out there now.
Also, Goblinworks launched a Kickstarter project a few days ago, to raise money that will fund a technology demo to be presented to potential investors. The $50k goal was hit in less than 24 hours (pretty danged amazing). There is also a secondary goal to have as many contributers as possible. This will show the potential investors how much interest, and perhaps more importantly how many people there are out there willing to pay a few bucks a month to play it. Click here to see and maybe contribute to this project.

Thanks again,
Uncle Luth signing off...
26th is a holiday weekend. I imagine a lot of folks might have family plans. I know I am most likely going to have my mother visiting.
Can we get a preliminary show of hands on who would be showing up for the 26th? If a lot of people have holiday plans, we might need to consider making it either the 19th or pushing all the way out to 2-June.
I'm ok with the 26th or the 2nd as long as we don't get off our regular rythme... I'm off the 9th and would definitely not want to bump the game off that weekend, plus I think that will be wyverns opening weekend!
Personally, I am of the mind that burning bridges is not a decision to be made lightly. Personally, I think the sudden cessation of PFS at HSG once WT opens will have more impact ... and a "holy crap there are literally no other options for a PFS location within 100 miles" ultimate last choice option would still be available if some huge amount of cosmic crap decides to drop itself on the Asheville area.
Koroc is now 2nd level yeah! I am good with the 26th! Also want in on a goblin game if available! It was an unbelievable con. Awesomeness all around. Thanks to everyone for making this happen and too all of the great gm's!
Dain is right of course... but it would be a gas... maybe if we dicussed it with their management they would condone it and it would peak interest from the card geeks...
They promised "thousands" of photos so we'll see. the above linked photo was on their fb page.
I know both Michael and Micah (ImageAsheville is actually a photographer collective of sorts). I expect to see a fair amount of additional photos from them.

We're always open to new participants. Check this thread back for time and place. With a holiday weekend coming up, we might not be running the 26th, but then again, we might.
We're currently playing Saturdays at Hillside Games in Asheville, and running from 6 until 10:00. We run every other week- sometimes more frequently. The next scheduled weekend is May 26.
Camper... LOL... I think we definitely have enough interest for the 26th... Who is going to GM?(looks around the room, and then taps his own head "not it")
