First off, I'm new so I don't know if this is the correct place to be posting my question. (Is Pathfinder Society considered 3.5?)

I'm trying to finish my first Pathfinder Society character Quinn Crowe but I'm confused about Domains.
So on d20pfsrd the chart says level 1 Clerics get 1+1 1st level spells.
Is that one spell from each of the Domains? Or is it one of the spells from one of the domains and another random 1st-Level spell of my choice like Doom or Inflict Light Wounds?
I picked Darkness Domain and Death Domain so does that mean that my 1st-Level spells HAVE TO BE Cause Fear and Obscuring Mist? (I believe the Pathfinder Core Rulebook 5e said Clerics get 2 Domains.)
OR does it mean that I get Cause Fear and Obscuring Mist in addition to a 1st-Level spell of my choice as long as it matches with my alignment? (So 3 1st-Level spells total at level 1.)
I'm probably overthinking something that was written to be simple.

Some terminology:
There is only one Pathfinder Core Rulebook. "5e" is the name of the latest version of the Dungeons&Dragons rules put out by Wizards Of The Coast.
d20pfsrd is not an official Pathfinder site, although it's often much easier to find things there than in the official Pathfinder Rules Archive

You're reading it right: You get one general spell each day plus one additional spell that must be chosen from your domain spells. Also, you might get even more 'general' spells if you have a high Wisdom score.
Here's a link to the PRD page that explains about Clerics and domains, and all that. Notice that "alignment" and "domain" are different concepts. Your goddesses' alignment will have an impact on which "general" spells you can use. "Domains" are "topics of interest to this particular goddess".
