That's not one I did. The fleshgrafts in this volume all involve flesh or organs or bone being grafted onto flesh.
A fleshgrafter with Craft Construct and Craft Flesh could probably do the job.
It's hard to stat though. It's one arm. Would it grant a strength bonus or a strength bonus to that one arm alone? Which checks would it help you with? Attacks with that arm, of course, but which checks would it give its full bonus to and which ones only a half bonus?
