I have the .xls version of the sheet, but have noticed a pretty big issue.
Unrest is impossible to change, remaining constantly at 1 point, therefore I have to manually track it. I am however using the old version of the spreadsheet that does not as of yet track the magic items as I was unsure as to whether there had been an updated sheet made available

And he sent me a new one, with all his data removed.

The latest copy of NeoFax's Excel Kingdom Sheet with BotRN material will always be HERE. The link above is no longer valid.

Papa.DRBps. He just sent me an updated copy and I am running out of free storage, so I will be renaming any new one to the name in this link.

Right, have downloaded this new version of the sheet, however, when this occurs, it comes out as being impossible to open within Excel because apparently the sheet is corrupt. Changing the file extension to .xls means that it can be opened, but then the formula are not there, and thus no changes actually auto update.

Just finished the import I was speaking about in the previous post, and am absolutely loving the new spreadsheet. It makes everything so so much easier to find, and all the formula that I can see are working perfectly.
Only one question left Neofax.
How do I add more cities? I don't need to just yet, but 8 of the 10 city slots have already been used, so unless I start looking as a separate sheet for each half of the kingdom or something, I am gonna need more cities.
Thanks in advance.

How do I add more cities?
Right click one of the City sheets that is blank and select "Move or Copy". Then in the popup window select copy and select the sheet "Army 1". This way the City sheet will show up as the last city sheet. Then rename to City 11, 12,... This should work as I designed it this way(or at least I think I did). Let me know if it doesn't work so I can fix it.

The method works correctly, but then if you input values onto the new city, there is no update to the original sheet, the economy, loyalty and stability values don't tie up.
OK, Thanks! I know exactly what is happening. I just need to expand the list on the hidden sheet to include like 50 cities. This way it will work.

First thanks for ALL of this to all who have worked on it.
Now I feel a little silly because I know it's looking me in the face but. I can not seem to find where I would add things like having a Land or Water Boarder. I went through the thread a few times but no clue still.
Thanks for any help with this.

Not sure what I am doing wrong here. Updating from 2.0 to 2.2 and making my tweeks to the sheet. I add my custom open spaces and buildings fine. When I go to change the tab name to the city it updates the name formula in the city summary tab but all of the calculations on the overall page error out? Version 2.0 did not have this issue. It works fine if I keep the tab names "City x". Is anyone else having this issue?
Edit:
Did some checking on the City Overview sheet (hidden). The name formula has changed from version 2.0. The whole sheet is more complex. This is where the issue is. When you change the tab name from "City x" that city line in the Overview tab gets the #REF! error.
Seems a bit big to muck with. Anyone know how to change it so you can change the tab names without killing the sheet?

Has anyone tried using the sheets referenced in this thread on a tablet? What app did you use and how did it work? I'm looking at buying an Android tablet for use in my Kingmaker game but want to make sure I'll be able to run either the Excel or OpenOffice spreadsheet.
I use my own one ( Link, based on a lot of the ones posted here^^ ) on my Andriod Tablet. I use the "Document to Go" App for it.
Works fine, except more complicated Excel functions (IF, Random, Runddown etc.) will not work. But you can easily modify the sheet on the tablet whith this App.

Hiya all! :)
Have had to re-download & fill out due to system problems.
This 'Kingdom Sheet with BotRN' is the best I've found previously, so mega-thanks to the creator.
Unfortunately, my players went with a Neutral Good kingdom, so the sheet
starts to go haywire almost immediately.
Reason - this version 3 sheet, the 1st dropdown lists the Alignments as:-
Lawful
True
Chaotic
All good - except that when I go to select Neutral, the only option
appears as 'True', and the 'True' part of that doesn't give a +2
modifier to Stability as it should.
Apart from manually enterring (I'll forget that I've done this after
a while) how can i fix this please? Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks a million.
Philip

Nevermind - but thanks again.

There's both a version 2.2 and a version 3.2 floating around, which are both branches from version 2.0 that went in different directions. I started with the latter, but I'm currently using the former, which I like better and has more functionality.

Ok, necro over with. I am using this very AWESOME spreadsheet for kingdom management and have been for some time.
The time has come to start keeping track of our armies and I am looking at tracking it with the spreadsheet and not really by hand... if possible.
My question is, Is there a version of this somewhere not linked here that has a functional way of keeping track of the armies. Currently my copy seems to have some placeholder tabs for Kingdom Armies but nothing functional. Am I missing something?

Would it be possible for someone to upload an excel sheet or google doc that uses the building time and updated edicts, plus population and army stuff from Ultimate Rulership? It is a third party book that adds a little more complexity to the system.
There is the wonderful Chemlak's Ultimate Campaign version here, acording to his posts he will made an update the Ultimate Rulership (and Ultimate Battle?), but no ETA when it will be done.
