Not an official one but you might want to take a look at Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition (assuming you don't know about it already).

While there is no errata for the Rise of the Runelords, we do have a free Conversion Guide for changing things from 3.5 to PFRPG. As Heine mentioned, we also have a Anniversary Edition coming out which will be with the Pathfinder rules.

The Rise of the Runelords forum here contains plenty of community conversions and other useful stuff for the AP.

Better to use her to enslave your PCs for a couple years like I did. Instant hated villain = win for all
:^)
Using her tactics from the book, she's at best a stalemate at 7th/8th level against a half dozen PFRPG PCs, without the colossal advantages of terrain she gets at the clock tower. Either she pulls her punches (is played really dumb and doesn't dimension door away), is watered down, faces some extraordinarily lucky PCs or they die.

Speaking of conversions... I don't have my books to hand, but
is there a PF version of the Giant Gecko in any of the newer APs or the Inner Sea Guide?
It starts to become a major bone of contention in our group, cause there seem to be several contradicting conversions.
One is from the PFSRD, is that one "canon"?

I'm on my phone, but the Pathfinder SRD (the community run one) has fan conversions of most of the modules. Lot's of GMs in the RotR forum have made a few changes in the conversions. Forinstance, I made Erilyum a Master Summoner.
I believe under the new CR system, the NPCs should have another level? Not sure if the conversions account for this or not.
