Unless one presents mechanical options to represent extra arms that don't lend themselves to brokenness.

Such options would be a godsend for those that just want the flavor of four-armed races rather than wanting them capable of dual weilding two-handers. They're an absolute must for building certain races from pulp literature too(as well as for the other planets in the Golarion-verse).

Hmmm... from what I've seen, every time a template or race had extra arms, it automatically gives it Multiweapon Fighting as a bonus feat and extra bonuses to grapple, skills and such.

The only way I could fix that here would be to remove the bonus feat (you still could take Multiweapon Fighting as normal... but it would be on par with normal two-armed races not getting automatically getting Two-Weapon Fighting as a bonus feat) and would convert the bonuses to CMB, CMD and skills into feats, because let's face it, not EVERY member of a four-armed race would be able to use them effectively without real training.

Makes sense to me, especially since the four-armed race I really need options for generally aren't noted for their martial prowess. :)


How about a Glide movement speed? Like the spell, in the Advanced Movement list, probably for 2 RP. Sort of a cheaper but more limited Fly.


Power: Ancestral Calling
Prerequisite: Humanoid (Dwarf), -2 Charisma Penalty from your Ability Score Modifiers Trait
Cost: 2 RP
Effect: Your Charisma is treated as 2 higher for the purposes of bonus spells, spell save DCs, and class abilities of divine casting classes.

It's always bothered me that dwarves get the key ability of their iconic class nerfed by their stats.

Cost Unsure
Effect As a four legged creature, you have a lot of trouble riding on the backs of any creature your own size category. However you are also quite capable of moving without a mount. With a diplomacy check, a friendly a size category smaller or smaller than you creature can ride on your back.
