If a player puts 5 levels in oracle with the haunted curse (4 with gnome or similar oracle favored class) use levitate and minor image for the second level spell requirement for mystic theurge.
If that is the case the one level in sorcerer is a trade off between sorcerer bloodline power and one oracle caster level. Then the 10 levels in mystic theurge would be a trade off mystery spells, revelation powers (there are some that don't scale) and curse powers for 5th level arcane spells.
This build would get you the full 10 in mystic theurge by level 16 and cause minimal damage to some oracle builds.
