Paizo Calendars

Paizo General Discussion

If Paizo made a calendar with a lot of neat, high quality Pathfinder pics for each month; I would probably buy it, others probably would as well. I like a good calendar with our gaming genre pics.

just a thought in case you guys think about making one.

I'll go ahead and second this.

In my experience, calendars are like art books and non-black T-shirts—they never sell anywhere near as well as most people would like to think. Plus, the fact that you pretty much have just a three-month window to sell them makes it very difficult to get the print run sized right. And any delay in the schedule then makes even the right number wrong.

My advice would be to make use of our Community Use Policy and look for one of those places that lets you make your own calendar.

That's what I did to make a calendar for my cubicle. There are so many awesome half-page illustrations available under the Community Use Policy that you can really customize the calendar from year to year.

4 people marked this as a favorite.

What about a calendar book with the Golarion calendar for the year? As I GM I have wished for such a thing. It would have the holidays all marked, and room to jot down notes. Something smallish for a calendar (A4) on a tear-away pad for game notes shrinkwrapped to Campaign-Setting Booklet about the months and such would not go amiss. I would include 3 copies of each month on the pad for multiple campaigns/extra space/value added.... so, 36 pages in the pad? Maybe round it out to 40 or 50 or whatever's cheapest by adding individual event sheets.

I'd pay $20 (or nineteen ninety whatever).

My ideal Pathfinder calendar product would be a daily calendar with a piece of art every day (I'd also be okay with a combined weekend page for only 6 pages per week). I'd even pay full price for this instead of waiting until Jan 2nd to see what's left in stock at 50% off.

I'm actually in the process of doing this for next year. I downloaded all of the CUP art, and I'm going to cut 4 calender pages per printer page, and use paper cutter/rubber cement to get it together and even. Then I'm going to steal the back of a calender currently on a coworker's desk and attach it.

all in all its going to take about 6-8 hours to get something good enough for personal use

Ok; thanks; was just thinking about time to buy a calendar for next year and would rather buy it from Paizo than anyone else.

This is an excellent idea. Please Paizo folk make this soonest. I would love to have the PDF so that I could customise it easily and cheaply.Have a great day.
