Hello, Customer Service Gurus and Gninjas!

I ordered the above product on June 7th. I have the PDF, but I lack the book. I've already had my monthly subscription go out for June and July. Should I expect the softcover to be bundled into my next shipment? I notice that it is in stock, so I was curious.

It should go out in the upcoming shipment (currently estimated in early September). If you get your "In the next week or so.." email and its not listed, let me know so we can look into it.

I apologize for not having responded sooner. It does show as bundled into my upcoming order, so I appreciate it. I did get the notice in yesterday's e-mail.

My next question - since order # 1749538 has not shipped yet, would it be possible to hold that and bundle it to the next subscription shipment? I ask only because it's 'light' this time and figured I'd do better on the S/H when more are added to it for the next subscription bundle shipment.

EDIT: I don't mind 'pre-purchasing' it to gain access to the PDF during the regular subscription cycle, if that's one of the issues.

I have moved the order back into your sidecart, and this will put it off until the next subscription shipment. However, the PDF access only comes when the book is shipped, so if you put the shipment off, then this puts the PDF access off as well. We do not have the means of granting access to the free subscription PDF prior to shipment, because the charge, the shipment, and the PDF access are all one process and inseparable.

In light of this, if you would rather not wait to get the PDF, then you can always go to the Sidecart area of your account and hit the "Ship As Soon As Possible" button.
