I only get a hankering anymore for Velveeta melted and heated with a can of Rotele for dipping tortilla chips.

Have you tried it with canned chili?

Nalley's chili is pretty good, as canned chilis go. Makes a great chill-n-cheese omelette.

Disclosure: I do not advocate the use of Velveeta in the aforementioned omelette. Use real cheese.
